I tried base32 and base16 for that tweet but it didn't work. The format makes it look like it's using a base but I have no idea which one, if at all.

Well, it's not so much about number of tweets, but they need not to be weirdly coded cryptic bullshit. Like last time totheark posted a picture, linked to a new video totheark video posted after the twitter hacking, and then a whole new entry went up. And the totheark video was also of like him stalking Tim, while this video was also weird cryptic bullshit.

There's just kinda this line between totheark clearly doing something important in the story and him being weird and creepy, which he's done before with it being a full out Twitterpocolypse. The way I see it, it's not a Twitterpocolypse unless it is directly leading to an entry, which I don't think this will. An entry may be soon, but I don't think it'll be a hacked one or anything.
