 		I loved it! I'm a huge JJ/Spielberg fan and it's a great mashup of talent. Acting is fantastic, SFX are amazing, story is simple but done well. It has a lot of heart.

Also SLUSHO appears!!! But I hate to say this here, but I saw NO Rocket Poppeteers references ANYWHERE. And I really looked.

Ok awesome, but you're telling me that

it's not evil, but it kills people right?! We all kinda knew that it wasnt as big as Clovey (who must be like 500 meters lol), but how would you put it in terms of height? 5, 6 meters? Oh and one big question: one or two aliens?! And is its story handled well, is there some mystery?!


Sorry to ask all these questions, but I think a lot of people are dying to know some details.

Oy, I guess I'm going against what I said in my initial post... I'll try VERY hard not to post crazy spoilers from here on out. That "devincf" guy is a tough critic. I like a lot of his reviews because he isn't biased at all, but I would say this time he's wrong. The movie knows what it is, it's identity is very clear from the beginning. the "alien story" has a BIG point and without it the movie wouldn't have a resolution to a lot of the story line.

The thing in the spoiler tag is completely wrong. First of all "Clovey" was a baby, so the idea that he could have a kid is ridiculous.

No worries, I'll fill you in, but I'd rather not spoil too much. I feel like either way you guys will go out and see it so I'll do my best to "tip-toe" around the spoilers:

Correct, it's NOT evil, but it does kill people who either deserved it, or tried to kill it. Let's just leave it as, if Clovey is a baby, this guy/gal would be a fetus. The story is handled very well. There is definitely some mystery in the end, but not your typical J.J. "WTF" mystery.

Wow thanks for all this, it must be something special for you to be so secretive about it, and yeah it's best not to know everything but I gotta say you've got me intrigued with the fact

the alien kills the people who deserve it or tried to kill it, and I'm having a hard time understanding how the police officer at the gas station, or the clerk, or the guy repairing I dont know what (in a tv spot) got themselves killed, they dont seem to have done anything wrong. So you're saying that this alien has a conscience, it actually is intelligent?!

 		He he, I think I understand what this could be about. So lets switch to some less spoilery subjects:

I've read on IMDB that the reveal of the alien is quite sudden, catching you off guard, what do you think?! Is it really action packed like I've read?! Are the SFX really great like you said?! (It's ILM so I guess so ^^), is the music good?! is the ending good, or sucks?!
