I would LOVE to visit Vancouver for ARGFest III, but not 4th of July weekend (sigh). Can't get that time off work.

I have to admit... it may make it a little easier for me to get "permission" if the trip weren't on a "family" holiday....

I sense a trend away from the weekend of the 4th (or the 1st) - pushing us toward the end of the month, like the 24th-25th or even the 31st-1st. Or maybe even June 26-27. Would any of those work better? I'd be afraid of conflicting with real family vacations with the later dates.
