Not to jump in randomly, but I'm curious: has there been development in this? Anything pointing to Revelations?

Uber-AC fanboy here.

encripted

I have used all of the info you guys have posted and came to a conclusion that if you use calculus and decryption software it is amazing what you find if my calculation is correct the password should have been subject16 which takes you to an abstergo database which i can not tell you about at the moment it set off an alarm saying outside use and immediately removed me from the database and wiped all of my decryption software from my computer so something big is happening within abstergo

I noticed Erudito was finagling @datadumpscanner on twitter again June 21st but when there weren't any posts here about it I decided it must not have been anything.

So these "secure" files just went up today then? I took a look at 2 out the 4 and it's .flv files and .pdf files of the animation, still art, and script (I think?) used in the Project Legacy Facebook game I've been neglecting out of boredom. I couldn't tell you if they've been implemented in the game yet (if not, wow, spoilery for those missions) and if they have.. well it's interesting to see the art full size but I don't know what we're supposed to glean so it could use a couple more sets of eyes.
Thanks for the heads up anyway.

never posted in this thread before, but let me just say, thank you! it was googling 'erudito' (love AC) that led me to these forums, and to ARGs in general.

anyway, new hack by erudito it appears - http://abstergoindustries.com/securefiles/ - a new file in there now. Not had a chance to look at it yet, imagine it's more of the same, but thought it should be mentioned

I can confirm that if you use subject16 as a password nothing happens.

So far the first file has more to do with the comic than anything else. Awesome!

Did you notice that several words in all the .pdf files were bolded?

Do you think that it might have some kind of meaning? Somekind of clue left by Erudito?

YES, YES YES! Love A.C and ARGs, so this is a dream.

In obvious fashion, the link in the email below has been removed, as she said it was. Did anyone get a backup copy of it? If it was real.

By the way, that is the real WikiLeaks website. Laughing

Caroline,

A man calling himself Guy Fawkes has released a letter to wikileaks. It lists several of Abstergo's secret divisions, names the heads of confidential programs and links us to several dangerous experiments: http://mirror.wikileaks.info/leak/AbstergoStructure.pdf. I want the letter pulled from the site and a full inquiry into the identity of the author. And don't waste time searching for Guy Fawkes, he was involved in the French Revolution, so it's clearly a pseudonym.

A.R.

I haven't checked the pdf yet - which one?

The Wikileaks document was never real, unfortunately. At least as far as we know, and we've been in more or less from the start.

I guess this is a good one to jump in on if there is actually a game here. I always thought Abstergo sounded like it would be the perfect tie in for an ARG.

ACB?

is anyone playing brotherhood? I recently started playing it again and I just noticed an email on the game with three usernames: guyfawkes23, snowmass84, juno57. It seemed to have absolutely no purpose in the actual game so maybe it has something to do with this.

Those are the passwords to get into Shaun, Rebecca, and Lucy's emails.

I find it quite strange that we uncovered secret files, but no one was particularly interested in finding out what was in them/what they mean.

http://abstergoindustries.com/securefiles/

At a first glance it looks like pages of a comic-book. I haven't read the thing yet, but I have examined the video-files that were included. It seems they are introductions to the pages. Each video is about a different person.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Maria Amiel
http://assassinscreed.wikia.com/wiki/Maria_Amiel

Kyros of Zarax
http://assassinscreed.wikia.com/wiki/Kyros_of_Zarax

Elizabeth Jane Weston
http://assassinscreed.wikia.com/wiki/Elizabeth_Jane_Weston

Frater V.O.V
http://assassinscreed.wikia.com/wiki/Frater_V.O.V.

In the last video (Frater) I found references to a couple things. Firstly, The Golden Dawn which is an hermetic order founded by Dr. William Robert Woodman (Frater).

He lived 1829-1891, and his on his gravestone you can read "Vincit Omnia Veritas", truth conquers all.

First cartoon episode notes:
Russian Empire - 1917 - Nikolai Andreievich Orelov

Pasadena, Californa - Jun 17, 1952 - Thomas Sean Morgan
Dr. von Kármán
Mr. Jack Parsons
Crowley's formula
Philadelphia in '43 (http://www.history.navy.mil/faqs/faq21-1.htm?)
Mr. Morgan
(three crooked rectangles forming a triangle = the Abstergo logo)

Montreal - June 24, 1834 - Edmund Bailey O'Callaghan
Saint Jean Baptiste
Monsieur Larose
Duvernay
McDonnell
Prague - 1604 - Elizabeth Jane Weston

Episode 2:
Western Europe - 1527 CE - Maria Amiel
Profvon Hohenheim
Bombastus
Signor Giovanni Boria, Duke of Nepi
"Divine Science"
Flamel - Abraham of Würsburg
"True Magic" and "DIVINE SCIENCE!"
Perenelle Flamel
Jacques Henri
Pythagoras
Cimetiére des innocents
Troyes' cathedral
St. Peter's tower
Doctor von Rothenburg
Formulas of the tome
Consus, the Erudite God

From what I can discern from the episode, it seem's that Giovanni Borgia was an assassins aswell (?). Atleast he carries the same concealed blade as the brotherhood.

It really does seems that this is far from over, let's put our heads together and see if we can't find something Very Happy
