i'm wondering about that too

maybe the reasons for discrepancies in ranking is that each department has it's own list of criteria, and the decisions are the not across the board

sorry, for the vagueness, playing lotro online and checking other stuff at same time.

I was initially rank 1 (my application was very short, something to the effect of "hey i want to do this"). I then emailed hr and added my twitter account and gave them more info about me. Mainly I told them I love RPG's and have played both tabletop and computer games. I also told them I was a team player and was willing to play any role as needed. I then mentioned how I respected the military and how they deserved the best training and equiptment we could provide.

Now I am rank 3.

im really curious what this is for.
