doesnt have anything to do with the previous discussion, but how cool would it be if 42E started the next arg for tron by sending out replica flash drives of the one from the end of the film..

I want one also!

TRON's secondary program function must be to take my money, because all these projects are so tantalizing to own!

lol, nah. i already bought mine, but then i though you kids might want one. i figured if we got a list and said hey we want 10 total, he might give a price break. payments would all go to him and he'd ship 'em out directly.

Is it from over at the RPF? If so I'd love to see a pic. I was debating on getting 1 myself but wanted to see the finished product versus his original pics.

Yep. I'll post pictures when mine gets in. Then you can decide what you think.

Weekend Box office is in...
http://www.the-numbers.com/movies/2010/TRON2.php
10.09million over the weekend 4th overall (it's moved back up to third in daily numbers as Season of the Witch had a pretty steep dropoff)

Total US Gross $148,212,420
International Gross $143,200,000
Worldwide Gross $291,412,420

They are estimating that domestically it will drop off around 160 million, international numbers will go well past that.
Hopefully there will be enough there for Disney to go forward with a sequel...

I knew Steven Lisberger had a cameo as the bartender, but according to that site, his character had a name:Shaddix.
I didn't know that.

Interesting bit of trivia that is....

Again, don't forget all the other franchise products, as well as dvd/bluray. I predict dvd sales will be big, especially if they do a collector's edition box set (with some quality bonuses/collectibles).

Supposedly the street date for Legacy's DVD/Blu-ray will be 4/11. And, supposedly as well, the 3D Blu-ray.
