So they get teleported and a piece of paper is important. A password yes but for what? If anything that password could easily be something that gives them access to more information that can tie some things up. Perhaps there is a database with information or there is a password protected item that reveals more.

If the house is like the HOL house then it's possible the Rake is the growl but I'm leaning more towards they borrowed the idea of the house from HOL. I wonder had the crawlspace always been there as long as they can remember or did it show up one day. Has that ever been mentioned? That could give us even more sense on if that house has always been more than a little peculiar

Lost objects reappearing again after having been lost or suddenly missing happened in HOL more than once. Something went into the hallways and then later objects showed back up normal as can be like they never had anything happen to them. Think about that for a moment. Perhaps this is a way of showing us that items going missing in Jeff's house are not always what we assume and I recall the growl/monsterthing in HOL tore up things that could help get the explorers home. When those documents were torn up is it possible that those could have given them a lead on something a way out of this mess somehow? Not saying all of it is HOL just saying that they could have borrowed a few ideas and fit them in.

Yeah, reiterating the obvious to get it straight in my head. We need to know:

a) when Vinnie got that call
b) if they recall the other scene we saw in 77

Also, note that it skips when Evan says "somebody up there likes us." He sure does, Evan, but I have someone different in mind. And there actually may be a kind of evil benevolence to it - is SM and/or HABIT actively trying to regulate their knowledge in order to preserve their conscious sanity, so as to keep using and manipulating them? That would fit in with what happened in Hidden Videos.

Do you think it relates back to the Alex video of when they go back into the room and it's trashed(a few minutes after they left it and it was fine) and Alex goes "This is what it does! "


Do you think that Alex has gone into his room before and has found it in varying states of "ransacked" and "clean"?

I also think they have got to get the fuck out of that house. Seriously. At least try leaving and going somewhere else. Then we'll see if it can bi-locate in any location, or just the one. Come on. Jeffrey and Alex's magic house with teleport stations and magic appearing/disappearing parents? Like they said in Amityville Horror, GET OUT.

Anyway, apparently they each want to weigh in on my letter paragraph by paragraph so I don't know if it's turning into another update hub thingy or what or maybe it's full of misinformation they have to correct.

Okay, just a few thoughts here. We've all assumed (for the most part) that Evan is the most resistant (maybe not the right word) to whatever is going on. I'm starting to think otherwise. First Vince's cell phone is found in the closet crawlspace where Rake was and now he's conveniently absent when something really out there happens and knows just where to pick them up.

Vince also went looking for whatever showed up in the U-stream and says he saw nothing. I really think Vince is more malicious (agian not sure if that's the right word) than we've previously thought. Whether he has anything to do with what's going on directly, I'm not sure yet. But we've seen weird behaviors we cant explain with both Jeff AND Evan, but nothing really out there with Vince. I can't help but thinking there is a reason for this.
