at any rate, it's not hard to disguise one's voice. the oldest trick in the book is just a piece of cloth over the mouthpiece to muffle it a bit. if we think the voice is HABIT, it's not unlikely that he would have taken measures to keep his identity/the identity of his host body from them.

slick, that's what i'm figuring. jessa sounded panicked enough and the distortion/laughter/etc. was freaky enough that i wouldn't be surprised if she got snatched right then and there.

Umm, it's not that hard to hear what she's saying.

Essentially she's saying that Steph was right about him, he's fallowing Jessa, she see him, etc.

EDIT: Nvm, some people already transcribed bits of it.

The laughter DID seem to be that of a child, or perhaps a doll/toy. I didn't pay too much attention to it though.

As for some minor confusion: It wasn't a voicemail from when she was sleeping, it was a voicemail she saved. It Could have been recieved while asleep, but you get the idea. It was Steph saving Jessa's final moments. I say that becuase I believe this is saying she's dead. Jeff himself even says it's closure.

I haven't been here in a long, long while, but I see that you are still here, still being generally awesome. Except the troll, obviously.

I just dropped by to ask about the recent dry spell of EMH videos. Is the stuff on the update hub up-to-date? Has December really been so quiet? Or has the tournament been active instead? I'm not a rabbit, so I don't know the juicy details.

Vin was wearing a purple (presumably emh) wristband. just sayin'. we saw jeff wearing it once before. i can't think of any parallells between the two, nor the two events, that may be cause for this as a plot element, though.

Gotta agree with the idea that the voicemail is the moment when Jessa is taken. Backround laughter/words etc might be a movie or tv on in the background that Tallguy is distorting? Possibly?
Nothing else I can really add about that update, other than posr the question - why do some think it was HABIT that disturbed Mitten's grave? That move REEKS of Tallguy, c'mon.

Mad theory: Could Vince be guilty of the grave-disturbing? It isn't clear that the others even knew about the cat before the incident, after all. Also, "keeping Mittens warm" does sound like a childish desire to revive a dead pet (or, uh, person) by supplying that which seems wanting, i.e. body heat. Could this be a "disturbing childhood behavior" flashback?

Tenuous, I know, but otherwise it just sounds like Slendy, or Habit messing with them for no good reason.

Also, a brief observation: Just before I left, burying things seemed to be all the rage with RABBITS. Curious, don't you think, that we now have an interred treasured thing in the main narrative. Do check your TRIAL #1 sites for tampering, folks. Might be blood on 'em. Just saying.

Guys, I just finished the transcript of the video at the wiki but I need two things:

1) A gamer to tell me what they are saying at the beginning of the video game scene. I can't quite make it out but I'm sure a gamer would instantly know.

B) A Catholic to tell me what the Christmas carol is that Evan is singing in the phone scene. I think it's "Hark The Herald Angels" based on the (mangled) melody, but it's in Latin and the translation I found for that doesn't match what I'm hearing.
