Definitely Slender Man. He did something so that the boys could see Corenthal.

"I'm so sorry guys. I failed all of you."

Okay what. So uh. Time travel except not really since Corenthal couldn't see them. And they're all okay now so it didn't have any lasting effects just like in Ashen Waste.

I don't know if anyone else can see it, but I can kinda make out a weird blue/white face in the center. During all the shaking, it looked like Slendy's body, though. I'm not sure. Reviewing more.

I assumed that it was slendy.

You know, this might mean that Corenthal is a good guy, and... I don't know, maybe the rocking horse WAS a booby-trap. It all happened when it got moved, right?

That storage space seems to have been a room that Slendy can control, kind of like the crawlspace in that one closet. I think the old man was Corenthal.

Anyone notice the weird marks on the ground? That can't be a coincidence.

I wouldn't say they time traveled so much as they seemed to get stuck outside of time. If that makes any sense.

I am... I am... speechless.

My brain automatically jumps to time slip.
I'm still really scatter-brained right now, I've been trying to dump all this new information into my mind within the span of an hour, and to see Vinnie spitting up blood has kind of caused a total brain numb.

Isn't there past talk about Fairmount!Vinnie owning a wooden horse? I think I remember that being talked about...Corenthal could have been adding the horse to the storage unit because Vinnie was the last to "succumb"... (Was it ever said who "succumbed" last?)

ETA: Which would have triggered the time slip/memory/whatever-it-was...

Or trapped in a memory.

God, Vinnie looked so scared, he was just cringing. And he was fucking bleeding from the mouth! That needs to be checked out!

Let's see now. The storage room closed itself, became impossible to open, and then apparently time traveled. The clear conclusion? Corenthal is a Time Lord and the storage room is his TARDIS. xD

But it's more like the past sort of replayed itself in front of them, rather than them traveling backwards. Like how some people believe ghosts are residual imprints of events playing themselves out over and over again.

Only fools are enslaved by time and space. But yeah, it definitely looks like the same space/time nonsense that was going on in Ashen Waste and Welcome to the ARK even if that video is unrelated. It seems the message from Box 2 (Time and space flee every which way, disregarding your beloved logic) is very literal right now.

Welp. The marks on the floor are also interesting.

Okay, so Evan found .44 Magnum rounds. Does anyone else Corenthal had to shoot the kids?

Yeah, it definitely seemed like an echo more than they traveled back to the past.

And I guess there's something about 1971 since the sound got weird anytime anyone said it.
