Okay, this was what I sent Jeff last month about the passage

The passage in House, I believe that was the point I was rereading when I got that postcard. You see, I like to randomly go back to the books on my shelf and read a page from my favorites. This happens on a daily basis. This one happened to come up a few days in a row and I thought that it was a cool little passage. Marked it off for the future.

So apparently he just highlighted that, um, "randomly." Okay, fine. I don't quite get the reference regarding converting 70something videos, but maybe I'm misunderstanding a nuance. I thought EMH did not have access to the rest of that line of hidden videos. And I vaguely remember some tweet like that, but not the context.

Point though, is who could've done that for them other than HABIT? If it's not him, who? Or if it is, does it lend more credence to the theory that he is trying to break from the cycle (incidentally, I haven't heard back from him about it, so I'm giving up on playing Charlie Rose, no cookies for you, HABIT).

 		Oh, no, I think I got it. He's saying the files from the USB, showing them in the same location, were in addition to everything else he'd converted from DITL, but he doesn't remember filming them. Okay, nevermind. Nothing to see there, I don't think.

Again, it's possible HABIT gave them the postcard and the USB to try and break the cycle. Or it could be someone else. But some of the hidden footage we have seen - of them breaking down the door, etc. - I believe those were our EMH and that same day. So now I don't know what to say.

It's also making me rethink every question I have ever asked.

ETA: Matt, I would re-ask my question about the storage records, but they're obviously not answering it for a reason. Maybe. Or maybe I just have an unfortunate face.

 		I guess the big thing here is that we can revise the timeline a bit as regards to the Ashen Waste postcard and the USB.

Jeff got an envelope with both before he went south. So he got the postcard/usb...which inspired him to go to his school, where he got the papers that sent him south.

 		Hey. A few pages back someoneasked themselves if there was a way to direct a message to the ARK/alt-universe!crew. This might not make sense, but I'm kind of thinking out loud and this random idea popped into my head.

Videos, pages, or files with the Hidden Clips simply do not exist for our crew. The only thing this didn't apply to was the disk, as it is a physical item.

The ARKcrew can see this universe's internet (YouTube videos), and presumably the hidden videos if they are sending them. It has also been speculated that the "stop watching" tweet came from an alternate universe.
Where do the numerous re-uploaded videos go that the crew can't see? If the ARK can see them... What would happen if one was to splice up the hidden footage with a message to the ARK!crew? Maybe even directly rearrange dialogue from the videos to spell the message, assuring it will only be seen by the ARKcrew?

Oh, and has anyone ever sent the hidden videos to HABIT? Besides the one(s) uploaded by him, it seems like it would be good to know if he can see all of them/get a response about it.

This is far from the worst idea I have ever heard.

Not exactly an exact science involved here, but a decent idea.

Although we can't forget that the hidden videos began with footage that I am fairly convinced is our EMH and our reality, or was at some point unless time and space diverged at some crucial moment. I believe we saw our EMH in extra footage taken from ADITL; I believe we saw them in the kitchen as they discussed their Slendytroubles while Evan sharpened knives, etc. So at least some of this seems to be stuff they simply can't remember.
