I think that Alex is being pushed towards death by both Slender and the Rake. The Rake goes for the more direct approach while Slender Man is reinforcing Alex's denial and perhaps pushing him further towards a permanent solution to a temporary problem.

I've personally tried to nail down exactly when Jessa disappeared and when Joke's Over was filmed.

I believe I asked the guys directly about Joke's Over in one of the UStreams. They couldn't give me an exact date, but I think they guessed it was something like 3 days before the upload.

I'm going to rehash my personal nightmares of trying to timeline it, but I will say that it is possible that Jessa=Bloody bags.

The strongest bit of evidence against it is the voicemail Steph got. They said she got it somewhere in the middle of August. (I can't remember where we got this info, it's not in my email stuff) but Slendy fuckery aside...that implies that she was alive past the Bag incident.

I think the problem is that we don't know when Jessa went missing. All we know is that Steph was expecting to see her in class the next day(monday the 16th). The last recorded account of Jessa is the twitpics on the 8th. We basically have a week window of not knowing where Jessa was and Jokes Over might fall into that(you'd think that it would have been after the 8th when it was filmed....but we don't know)

eta: Kind of a creepy thing that I remembered about the 8/8 date. I'm pretty sure I remember reading about a fire up at/near Baldpate on that day(Jeff and Jessa were pretty close to it). With the new info about Corenthal, it comes off uber creepy, doesn't it?

Anyone want to send a Happy Easter/ hope you are hanging in there/ get Evan and Alex to a doctor we hope they're okay/ etc email of no exact relevance? I've sent two emails this week. ;___;
Sometimes it's legitimately difficult not to email constantly IG to say "we hope you're okay!" and other non-productive things.

FOR RELEVANCE: Has anyone else investigated the "drowning" idea? I've found plenty of support for it, but it's still just one of those things where we have to sit and wait.
