 		I've been trying synonyms for pity but none of them have worked so far. Trying to go at it from the idea that Habit changed it, but that really isn't helping so far. I also found a poem about pitying a rabbit that was shot by a friend. Nothing pops out at me, but here it is in case you can find anything.

 		I feel like it would serve us well to go back to all the little things that happened in the past that haven't been solved, because that could help us in the future. For example, maybe looking at the unresolved clues in the past can help us figure out the password (supposedly pity), and what its for. Remember that the Pale Fire clue connected with posts on CYSTW...there are probably other hints that we haven't seen.

Here's a brief list:

What happened to Jessa?

The morse code videos. SOAH

The flood/ark imagery...the fighting underwater, especially, that we saw.

Evan laughing after seeing Slendy, his talking to thin air about fishes, etc.

The thing that we saw at the back of the livestream.

The beach they teleported to.

What happened to the wristbands?

The leaked videos.

The gatorade in the bag (yeah, I know it was probably to weight it down)

 		Wasn't some music playing in FRA's house when someone first knocked on the door? Then, later, silence. Perhaps events intervened when the music stopped.

You mean FRA's post? It was on the EMH thread and the previous discussion was about TJA. But it does seem he was referring to the music in his video.

Thanks. Maybe he was talking about leaving the bar? There's usually music there. Or maybe it has something to do with what's inside the box.

Did you read Pale Fire??

See, the book is about the poem of a dead man (Shade). His best friend (Kinbote) is writing a long analysis of this book, but he sort of brings another story in there. So the book itself is two parallel stories. And it doesn't stop there, as the reader is left to question whether the story that Kinbote is telling is the truth or madness - those are two parallel universes coexisting. If you ever talk to a schizophrenic about how he perceives reality, he will tell you of a universe coexisting with yours, which is completely different than what you see in front of you.

It's the same with HoL - there are so many lies, so many metaphors and perceptions of reality, that in the end, we are left to question whether the author(s) are mad, lying or telling the truth.

Which is why I think that there is a huge ground that lay uncovered with EMH. We do know that the boys are living in their universe, but I doubt that they are in control of said universe. Question is: who is trolling them on a divine level?

 		I think it's sort of implied that Jessa's gone for good. HABIT's "dead bitch" comment and the voicemail on Damsel's phone sort of pointed to her being gone.

I suspect that we're eventually going to get a nice bit of exposition from Corenthal. I think it's clear from the newspaper articles that he has a good idea of what's going on, or at least believes he does.
