There was something about FRA and the Trials I thought about. FRA is pretty much blackmailing HABIT into letting him win the trials but didn't HABIT say something in the applications/emails that "you'll wish you had been eliminated?"

The papers were originally shredded in Jeff's room. Presumably by the Rake, because...the trail led to Alex's room. And ended at the crawlspace.

Didz, yeah basically you don't mess with HABIT or he'll mess you up. But the whole ''If I am successful, it will be you who desires exclusion'' part is creepy. Also can we assume that FRA's video is HABIT's first corporeal appearance, because, as someone said a few hundred posts back, if it were The Rake, he wouldn't be breathing?

I doubt it's any breakthrough. I emailed them a few thoughts - HABIT's similar literary tastes, the possibility that "pity" may not be a literal password to a literal object - and then suggested something that needed the password might be up on Baldpate near where the crawlspace deposited them, since that's where the Rake (presumably it was the Rake) headed after tearing the documents up.

I doubt it's anything that crucial. It just came to me and I decided to mention it, but it doesn't tell us anything new. I also am a bit self-conscious emailing so soon after trying both Steph and Evan (and HABIT as well).
