 		Ok scratch my thoughts on the theory I proposed, Evan states pretty clearly that the "contest" is a couple of months away.

What I said about our slender friend in the morse code video still stands though, hehehehe

@Arma I think you are absolutely right, and I'm starting to think there is absolutely nothing we can do to save ANYONE, and it's an incredibly helpless feeling, and that's probably exactly how they feel...

Actually, that theory wasn't mine alone, and I think

 		Uhm.... DID they kill a deer? Or did they kill Daniel? Where is Daniel at the end of the video? Why does Vin get so upset when Alex keeps asking whose blood it is?


Edit: Question the second: Jeff mentions that they were "wide open" does he mean that in the defensive sense, re: their defenses were down and they were vulnerable? or in the seance/ritualistic sense where people "open" themselves to spirit possession so that they can be used as a medium?

Fairly sure it was a deer. Jeff wouldn't be able to lie about Daniel. And Alex was told to stay with Daniel so he'd know if Daniel was missing.

As for wide open, I think Jeff means, we were out int he open and could easily have been gotten. Think back to the first time they saw the Rake. He could have gotten ANY of them he wanted.

Not saying he was lying, I think he may have been unaware, their perceptions having been altered. They admit to being in a primal state, killing what they thought was one one of the monsters but actually getting a deer... I think it may have been an even more altered state than that.

Catching a deer on foot in open woods? That would be next to impossible.

Slaughtering a friend under the influence of a mind altering monster and being in so much shock that you think it was just a deer? Hmmm....

So the deer could have been entranced or otherwise distracted. Not to mention? Alex would probably mention if Daniel had left him after Jeff told them to stay together.[

It's okay, you don't have to believe me. But I'm putting my claim in it, right here and now: Daniel is dead and Vin, Jeff and Evan killed him. You heard it here first.



In other questions... is that a foot that the Rake runs off with at the beginning of the video? It looks like a heel that he's... sniffing... caressing... WTF-evering....
