Yep - we have established nobody filmed certain scenes that were seemingly POV of the boys, plus there was no cam to be found in other scenes, so...

It could be related, but we do have to note that the "security" cam footage comes off just like that, a fixed camera. Probably in the same vein of the footage we saw of the Rake, Steph in the hospital, yadda yadda.

The fake blood thing was there at least very soon after the video was posted. I watched it within an hour of it being put up and I remember reading the bit about the fake blood in the description. as for why... it's Evan, who the fuck knows what's going on in his head.

As I was sitting in Angora and transcribing the transcript for -.-. I had a word stuck at the back of my mind that it took me almost three hours to spit out. I come wandering around and see that someone else has the same word in their mind about all of this: Archetypes.

The origins, the templates.

Something more than man, which is why none of their counterparts in each iteration have their memories of prior iterations. Clearly this iteration is going on when they're talking about it, but yet they are there. So I think the theory about this world reflecting or at least being effected by ours is a good one. These are (immortal?) beings, set in a repeating cycle of struggle. At the end of each cycle they gain the knowledge that they had during the iteration before and begin a new one. Perhaps it is a CONSCIOUS choice to begin a new one?

Also, about HABIT? In response to the bit about HABIT getting more convoluted, Jeff says 'And we know why that is." I think maybe they're becoming more and more able to combat him and Slenderman during each iteration.

These are the people that the Candleverse!Boys heavily imply also have 'archetypes.'

HABIT- Implied heavily by CandleEvan and CandleJeff
Dr. Corenthal- More confirmed by CandleEvan, implied heavily by the other two.
Steph- Confirmed by all three.

The thing to note is that due to the words said and manners said, these three are for whatever reason, not found or not around them at the time of that video.

Now I'm going to do something that will likely get me flamed.

I'm gonna do two of those, I CALL IT NOW predictions. I've thought this quietly to myself for a long time but I'm going to actually say it.

Prediction 1: Steph from this iteration lost her parents and sibling. But it was not Slenderman who did it. It was a young EMH!Evan under the influence of HABIT.

Prediction 2: As I posted a couple of pages back, I viewed the morse code videos in CHAOS order. HABIT, through Evan, is going to make an attempt at Jeff and/or Alex very soon.

And as a last note:

CandleEvan's bit about TheHABIT places them a couple of months before the trials began. But he also says that the Doctor has been killed. (Went out with a bang, too, according to CandleJeff.)

Our HABIT assures us the doctor is alive.

Assuming that our HABIT has something the boys don't (access to his archetype/source/other) why would he lie about THAT of all things?

As for the camera... I don't believe it is being HELD by anything. But I also do not believe it is Slenderman. If Slenderman has an archetype like the others, I do not think Vince would playfully bat it away and Jeff would mock it. Also, since he has no face, I find 'Thousand Mile Stares' inappropriate.

I would be willing to believe The Rake though.

What if we get Jeff to wear the Slender suit and get someone to put the handcuffs on Evan and set up a candlight thing like they got goin on in the morse code video? Ya think we'll get a connection? Like they can come through or something?

No but seriously, when you think about it, The plan does sound well but in retrospect how are we gonna convince the guys to do this?

They probably won't believe us because it'll sound insane to them because they've heard nothing like this ever before. You have to think about it this way as well: Does Jeff even have that Slendersuit yet?

What if someone emails them a screencap of the Candleverse boys (like a picture from the video if I said that wrong) and see if they recogonize the place? And jeff can see if he has that suit yet?

Someone should e-mail them and ask Jeff himself since he's the one who answers the e-mails if the words "thousand mile stare" means anything to him.

Sorry for my ramblings but I'm just throwing ideas out there see if any of them stick on the wall with you guys. Since we can still see HABIT in Evan during the Candleverse, do you think that HABIT is somewhat immortal?
