I like the idea that the house has more significance than previously thought. A while back I suggested that it was at least of some importance. Now I'm wondering if it is not a hub of some sort, or if you will, a feature (an immovable object or indication of building or living of a particular culture or people from a site of any importance; i.e. the anthropological definition of feature). it is possible that it was just a good place to shoot, as the house was dilapidated and had the garden/graveyard next to it (which, if we remember, evan stepped on the threshold and just stood there for a bit). i think, in the tall grass, there was also a single tree, far from the tree line; and if the second to last vid (alex, jeff, evan) is any indication, stand-alone trees from ADITL are important (and that hollow/ fallen tree?).


It's been previously discussed that the Doctor may be HABIT, but I don't think this is the case. However, I think that there is a strong possibility that the doctor has been inHABITed. After all, dealing with a child nicknamed habit doesn't necessarily lead one to scribble HABIT on the sides of his notes over and over and over again. HABIT keeps telling us that he is the sins of man. Well, sure, why not? Does it have to be a metaphor? Who says we need a phsyical HABIT to begin the entire HABIT thing? The suggestion that something even remotely tangible and sentient could come solely from the wrong in human nature, is kind of epic.


I'm very impressed with the compressed time graph (whomever you are), but I don't know that I necessarily believe the time was compressed. Though of major interest, especially when we consider all the time stuff which may or may not be happening, we can explain it in much mroe simple terms with any of Slendys powers, and/or universe time powers we may be seeing (videogame, reincarnation, etc). Unless we see that slendy himself does compress the time, in which case we would both be correct.


about the vid itself: imo the acting was fine, not like 'WOAH U GUYS SHULD BE HOLLYWOOD" but like, good. and also the shaddow was creepy, and also i am dissapoint that they could not see the vids. mostly because we aren't very trustworthy now, are we? hybrids: 'watch the vids' , emh: 'nah u trollin!' hybrids: 'we aint trollin!' emh: 'ok fine' (then they watch the vid and we are proved wrong. or wrong enough. so there goes most of our credibility. basically the vids were the one thing we were all on the samepage with). also its funny that the dude they took the vids from had the name 'Ben' (bendrowned).

perhaps they should try to see marriane again. it might help, or perhaps hurt, but i mean, they're already down the rabbit hole.

We started to hear about [REDACTED] before the boys and Damsel were really connected. The boys tried very hard to keep her image as a troll for the longest time. I think redacting the name was just a way of referring to her without referring to her, you know? Keep in mind that she never revealed her name on her own blog either.

Also, HABIT sent the boys a photoshopped postcard. If Rake can photoshop, somebody do a drawing of it. If not, then he cannot be HABIT.

My guess: Whenever the kids encounter something from their old lives, Slendor comes in and wipes shit out.

Slenderman got to them when they were kids, teleported them into the future. He also fixed their lives OR their memories of said lives up.

Corenthal is alive, the tweet about "my children" is him.

HABIT is the odd guess that doesn't fit in anywhere. It might be that HABIT is the big party Linnie and William are a part of?

The only problem I still have is that HABIT is Evan's birth name that HIS REAL MOTHER gave him. Was she crazy? Cultist (Silent Hill!!??)? Prophet?

@Soleil: That was me, with that graph, and I suggested it even earlier than said post. How I see it is that, in the ARK world (which we've seen pieces of both on-channel and off, arguments of canon aside), time seems to function at a standstill or very close to it, even when events actually transpire. This could account for blanks and loose ends in the story taking up so little "real" time. It's just another way of seeing these "compressions," these "knots" of time.

You know, if the Rake is really behind HABIT (or even if it isn't), then his method of communication doesn't have to be totally comprehensible, does it? Would He/It literally have to type to communicate?
