I find it hilarious that someone posted this on here, so you all jump down their throats about posting their own blogs. I'm not "Omnomnom', nor I am a registered user on this board. Nice way you all have of treating your fellows though.

I like it a lot. The writing is fantastic, the story is sad and I actually feel for the character. It reminds me a lot of The Yellow Wallpaper. I'm interested to see if the Slender Man/the abuse is all a hallucination or an actual happening. I feel like the idea that the doctor denied that the abuse is happening is interesting even though the mentions appear in every entry. Definitely gonna follow this one.

I really dislike that everyone hopped on the poster as "OMG YOU SUCK FOR POSTING YOUR OWN BLOG!" What if this person was just a new user who had been following a blog that they liked and decided to share it with you? It's not really fair and honestly a bit rude.

It was actually created in February. If the person who posted it is the writer, they certainly waited quite a long time to post it and gave themselves a chance to develop a character. It deserves a fair shake at least.

I know I'm new, but I've noticed this trend and really don't like it. Just because you aren't an old user doesn't mean you weren't a fan before you got here.

Just to fill you in, "Omnomnom" did post their own blog here, but took our advice (well, our throat-jumping, rather) and removed it, replacing it with a blog which they rather liked, which I think is a good call, and was actually a rather neat way to avoid turning out like the myriad of other Slenderbloggers who post their own blog, comment in the topic, and slowly, but surely, alienate their entire prospective fanbase by treating them like idiots.

Your counter-throat-jumping is, however, appreciated. I don't think it'd be fair if we were to be that rude.

Hm. Well, I am at least happy to find that there was some cause for the seemingly outlandish and massively unkind responses to the initial post.
