<3 Louise Laughing Had emailed Wallace yesterday after I deduced the "Banbury site" & just got this:
Quote:
Amandel,

You online chaps do have some weird names, what is your other tonsil called?

Rollright Stones interesting, I will look into it thanks.

You will have to forgive the shortness of my reply. I'm knackered from the drive down to Membury and back.

Wallace.

Apparently W. knows that in Dutch "amandel" means both almond and tonsil. He's a hoot, too:

quotes

I was looking at the quotes on the website for a while and noticed that, interestingly, some don't tell who they're by - not even "anonymous" or "unknown" - so I'll post those here in no particular order:

there may be more there or more to come but these are what I found after 10 minutes of refreshing my browser.

Another good friend of mine is a rugby player and is going out with a girl called Louise. Maybe I'm the PM?

Ok, the site has updated a lot - anyone checked out the Bob-files? http://www.MissingWallace.net/Bob
[edit] scratch that, the link doesn't work yet, just read the latest update.

So - Pen and Hertz. Could be misheard of course, so it could easily be hurts, or Ben Hur...

Mentioned yesterday to Louise that the RSS feed was wonky for me (ALL day yesterday it showed "Thu, 06 Jan 2011") as an excuse to ask about her new BF Roy. Her reply:
Louise wrote:

by what browser you are using and sometimes the timezone your ISP is in.
I've found it best to use something like Thunderbird to access the feed.

Sometimes I respond to flattery but be careful.

Regarding 'Bob' I will be posting it all up tonight, I have a busy day ahead and don't have time now.

ETA: Possibly "Hertz" in today's update refers to "Hz". Seems Hz are measured to identify & verify Ley lines Dunno LINK
Also, "pen" deflection is a term: "the movement of the pointer or pen of a measuring instrument from its zero position"

Password?

I noticed in today's posting the following:
Quote:
She thinks my fifteen letter password is obviously too short

and
Quote:
Bob is most likely connected to the current case, I very much doubt he is also looking for a two headed dog but then you never know.

TWo-headed dog might refer to Orthrus (Orthros) (Greek: Όρθρος; Όρθος) was a two-headed dog and a doublet ("brother") of Cerberus, both whelped by the chthonic monsters Echidna and Typhon.

Orthros+Cerberus = 15 letters

That could be it. I was looking for a way to fit that dog in.

Then there's stuff like this:

Quote:
European scientists have also found that when they placed one blood sample in the path of a Ley Line it turned cancerous in 48-72 hours. The sample placed outside of the Ley Line remained non-cancerous and still safe many hours after the experiment had been concluded.

If we subject our bodies to these subtle energy fields we will become very ill and death will finally come. By changing the frequency of the Ley Lines, your body will have less stress upon it and in turn you will be healthier and stronger.

Many scientists have found that by changing the operating frequencies of the Ley Lines you can prevent or reduce the BIO-hazardous effects caused by the earth's Geo-Magnetic Field.

The E. M. Pulse is an electronic expanded version of the "Square G". It is a tuned radiated energy device capable of re-tuning the Ley Line. The E. M. Pulse does this by creating an active subcarrier wave when placed on or near the Ley Line. When an active primary frequency is coupled with a second frequency the effect is called an Intermittence Modulated Frequency.
Made in the USA

For only $190.00 you can save yourself a lot of problems (such as cancer and death.) I might get two, in case one breaks.

I also found that www.blosxom.com/ Leads to Rael Dornfest of whom Wikipedia says
Quote:
Rael Dornfest is an American computer programmer and author. He is UX engineer of Twitter, and was formerly the Chief Technology Officer at O'Reilly Media. He began working for Twitter after they bought the assets of his company Values of N. [1]
He led the RSS-DEV Working Group, which authored RSS 1.0 and is the author of Blosxom, a lightweight Perl-based publishing system. [2]
He is Series Editor of O'Reilly's Hacks series, and has co-authored a number of books including Google Hacks (ISBN 0-596-00447-Cool, Mac OS X Panther Hacks (ISBN 0-596-00718-3), and Google: The Missing Manual (ISBN 0-596-00613-6).

Probably not involved but it's odd that his website: www.raelity.org comes back as Forbidden.

http://www.missingwallace.net/bob.html is up...

I think:

mapio is Welsh for "Mapping"

chyfnertha is Welsh for "Help"

seiniau is Welsh for "Sounds"

"alli chlyw ai gwrandawch" translates to "you are being able he hears or you listen"

On the Black Box java applet, "Shibboleth" is any distinguishing practice that is indicative of one's social or regional origin. It usually refers to features of language, and particularly to a word whose pronunciation identifies its speaker as being a member or not a member of a particular group.

The mapio.txt leads to a YouTube video where the lyrics say "on his face is a map of the world" I've already started mapping the locations we have. Not much there. Sounds like Wales may become important.

I'm on a computer at a nearby library right now so I haven't had the chance yet... maybe later, though.
