Good work guys... how about we get some concept art up here for critique while we knut out any potential copyright issues?

[EDIT] Ok, previously I put out the call to people who could design t-shirt logos... how about we put the call out to the Unforum Metacortex-ARG legal team now? Smile

I'd love to volunteer something, but I'm about as artistic as.. ur... something not all that artistic... anyway, I'll leave to y'all who know what you're doing. Very Happy

As I have already said in some other thread I already have a t-shirt that I created. It is black with this image on the front (see attached) which I created from the Metacortex screensaver, I think it's pretty original just hope I don't get into trouble!

(Colours slightly different now as saved into different format)

See, I'd love to have that ^ embroidered on the breast of a golf shirt, so I can wear it to work. I'm pretty sure there'll be copyright issues around it though... You should be ok incomniac: you just did a piece of fan art, you didn't make any money off of it. If we start doing this in quantity though... I don't think donating all proceeds to charity would mean we are allowed to use copywritten stuff, but I think it would exonerate things...

(My copyright law is, well, guess work really)...

I'd be happy with a golf shirt I could wear to work. Something that would pass inspection but raise eyebrows from people in the know.

I sure liked the idea of an acronym for ARG like Abnormal Research Group. But we would need some sort of reference to Metacortechs though. I have been doing a ton of Matrix letters and code for a while now, and would be willing to come up with artwork if someone comes up with an idea. PM me if you want to see some of my previous works.

My ideas are:

1) Front: left side. Metacortechs: Wired Reality (with Metacortechs in a bigger font Matrix style, arced over Wired Reality) Black Polo, white letters w/ green blend. Business Shirt.

2) Front: left side. Metacortechs: Abnormal Research Group (same style as above) Black Polo, white letters w/ green blend. Business Shirt.

3) Front: center. Some sort of code, perhaps the Tapestry. Back: Center top. "Solve Me". Black T-shirt

4) I also like the idea of just one code vertical in the center on the front. White (maybe a hint of green) letters on black shirt.

Whatever we choose, I know it will be awesome!
