Long time lurker, first time poster. On the subject of the "mirror" paradox, someone may have already made this point but it has a fire exit sign above it, so if it's a mirror it is hazardous to health and safety.

I hate to keep going on about this, but I feel it's important. On the even-numbered side of the hall is a fire extinguisher exactly like the one on the far side of Jay's room.

At this point in the video, Jay is walking down the hall towards the staircase and away from his room. Notice how far away it (and the staircase) is?

Sorry for the blurriness, but:

This shot is after he's exited "Jessica's" room and Masky is chasing after him. He has not been running NEARLY long enough to have progressed this far down the hall, nor do the rooms across from his room in the previous entries have the before-mentioned fire extinguishing device. He is also able to turn almost immediately into the staircase, something which we know isn't true. God knows we've seen Jay's long and arduous trudge up the stairs and to his room enough.

God, I just keep going on and on about this, don't I? Sorry sorry, but I think this is the last thing I'm going to say on the matter.

I have to wonder...since he found the combo to his safe in her room, what if the tapes are all about Jessica (surveillance or something) and his tapes are in her safe and somehow missed the combo to her safe somewhere in his room? Or it hadn't been planted yet?

EDIT: Or maybe if they had been working together, they didn't figure on BOTH being mindwiped, so they each had the others combination or 'evidence'?

(sorry if this theory has been said, I skipped a couple pages.)
