When he opens the safe, what does the red writing say? I can't really read what it says.

My take on this episode was that Masky somehow took Jessica, perhaps warp-door style as he appeared to do to Jay in the previous season, and then came back to the hotel... to goad Jay into running the fuck away. To be honest, he is not running that fast after Jay, and the note, with the operator symbol on the 0, does NOT suggest Jessica to me.

Masky/TTA wants Jay to be alone. He wants him off-balance. But he also wants him free to continue the investigation -- hence, the note with the numbers for the safe, and the abduction of Jessica.

The red writing says "Attention". It's probably just a warning on the safe, saying that it'll lock automatically if you close it.

And Dray, perhaps he had all of his stuff packed into a bag, which he brought to Jessica's, stuffed some tapes into, then left.

Quite a few of the theories that were found in the 32 thread came true. Congrats to everyone who was right.

Now on top of locating Alex, Jay has to find Jess.

Is it just me, or is Masky limping? Look right when Jay runs out of his room and closes the door on him, he's sort of fumbling to his feet. Then when he comes out of the room, his right leg looks REALLY weird. The visual tear implies that the Operator is nearby, could they have had a skirmish of some sort? Could Masky have been injured trying to escape him or to get to the hotel?

I'm just throwing this out as a silly theory, but does anybody else think that maybe it was the Operator who wrote down the safe code? That symbol usually appears around him, and not Masky. But I don't know if Slendy even understands the concept of numbers.

I think the code was either supposed to be 2011 backwards, or it means that something happened/will happen on November second.

Also, stupid theory that I am just stating cause it makes me chuckle but: What if Jessica is Tim/Masky and ZOMGSLENDERPOWAHZ allow him/her/it/wtf to change sex now?!?!

Okay, uh... wait a second. I recall the end of the previous entry Jay saying they were going to leave that fucking night. So, come to think of it, why, days later, were they still there? What changed? They obviously got closer and less paranoid over the course of the few days in the hotel after their little chat -- case in point, Jay just feeling free to come into Jessica's room -- so it's not like they somehow mysteriously forgot their plan to leave. What in the conversation could possibly have motivated them to stay after Jay had been so insistent upon leaving?
