Hahahaha, no, but really. Probably just out of the hotel and back on the hunt for...whatever it is that TTA has been goading Jay on towards since the beginning. I suspect that TTA wants Jay to go look through the tapes and pick up where he left off.

Which leads to some really interesting assumptions. What if Jay's memory loss was voluntary? What if he didn't want anything to do with this mysterious investigation anymore and he figured out a way to make himself forget, wake up in a hotel, and hopefully continue with his life with only a disturbing seven-month gap, rather than seven months of distressing Operator-related memories?

And what if this pissed TTA off? I've always gotten the feeling that TTA WANTS something from Jay (to lead him to the ark, har har har -- which is immaterial unless we know what or where the ark IS), and maybe by losing his memory, Jay denied TTA that. Maybe this is TTA trying to give Jay his seven months back.

I'm wondering about the timing of everything, though. Why does Jay get time to get to know Jessica, and then just when they're about to get on the road, she gets taken away? Why's he given time to 'wake up' at all, and then get thrown into looking at tapes when he was trying to do some investigating of his own, in any case? This feels like a change of acts that's really jarring, I don't even understand. this is the internet I guess...

 		Paper combo was written on
at 0:33 in entry 32 you can see the piece of paper the combo was written on on Jessica's desk next to her phone. weird it would make an appearance in entry 33 lol. but anyways, that means Jessica either wrote it before and had it knocked off with watever masky did or it was on there and masky just used it.

I don't know! What I suspect is that Jessica has less to do with TTA's plans than Jay does. I think Jay and Jessica met up somewhere in the seven months, teamed up, and when Jay found a possible way to lose those memories, Jessica signed on too -- it was less a case of they were set up to get to know one another, and more a case of incidentally doing so.

Maybe TTA tried to throw Jay back into it because he was getting impatient with the pace at which Jay moves. I mean, he wouldn't be the first... XD

Looked like hotel paper. Most all hotels give you a pad of paper and a pen, comes with the room. Comes /in/ the room, for that matter.

 		I think we might get glimpses of what happened over the last several months during J's "slumber", but I'm more thinking this has to do with Alex directly perhaps filling in some or all that happened after season 1 ended.

If I am right in my overall theory, then this is not good news for J as I believe he needs to stay as far away from Alex as he can.

The combination was ripped out, was it not? Masky wouldn't have put the pad back had he ripped it, if he wrote it.

Because they setit up or watched when jay did. Naturally he can't remember, so he needed some prompting

I hope so. I'd like to see what J did, but I do want some answers from S1, like wtf happened to poor Alex Sad
