Listen, kid, you are making this much more painful than it has to be. For everyone. Especially us. Perhaps you don't understand what we're trying to get across to you: You are forbidden to post in-character. That means no talking as if your series were really happening. This forum is for alternate reality GAMES.

Most of us here are encouraging and we want you to improve. We're not harsh elitist folks. We'd be offering criticism and guidance, but you consistently react childishly. Continuing to post in-character is further evidence that you do not listen. At this point I would advise you to leave gracefully. No apologizing, no promises of another series, no admitting that this series sucks but continuing to create it, and certainly no continuing to insist that your series is real. Stop it. Please.

 		Wait, I think I see what you're saying. You're saying that, when you created this series, you did not bother to create a fictional protagonist. Instead, you're just Nick, in-character and out-of-character. That's what you mean when you say Slenderman ruins "your" life. Not your out-of-game life, but "your" life as in the fictional you.

See there, guys? He's (probably) not continuing to be in-character, at least at the moment. He just didn't bother to differentiate between the two.

Nick, that's not good practice at all. It gets confusing, for us and for you, and it does not make for a good character. I've done it myself, admittedly, and I really regret it. Next time you make a Slender series, be sure to create a character who is different from you. Half the fun of doing a Slendervlog is in the acting.

Also? Next time you make a Slender series, put some planning and thought into it. Not a few hours, not even a few days. Weeks of planning and writing, making sure you know exactly what you are going to do and how you are going to do it. It's tempting to just sit down and talk to the camera- It's easy. But it is not the way to fame. Good planning pays off.

Also also, next time you make a Slender series, do not post here. Ask someone else to make the trailhead for you.

Ok. I really should have thought of a different name for the protagonist in my series. .. But! sgftkd, his real name is Nate, and he still used it in his series, and Brandon and Aidan from Aidanandbrandonshow, they, are also using their real names. We, (The editors and directors of 2080twentyeightY) already have Section #17 and Section #29 and (only I have this thought out) Section #60 (<----- the last video of Season II) So we have been planning and acting, and I have had plenty of acting experience. And I'm just wondering, do you guys here think that if i filmed myself driving, (the camera facing out the front window), it would be copying TT "Thanksgiving day1"? because, I actually thought of driving somewhere, and then speeding it up, before Noah posted that! And for the people here who are trying to be supportive, thank you. And I'm sorry for being stupid, and making a bad series, I will take all your advice into good work.

 		Even if you did think of the sped-up driving thing before Noah, using it now would lead to being accused of copying, which is the last thing you need more of.

My advice would be to break off 2080twentyeightY now, before you make a bigger fool of yourself. Not trying to be mean, but you've already made a horrible name for yourself and this series, and continuing it would not fix anything. I'd lay low for a while and let things here die down. I think you should stop, wait, and devote some serious time to planning your next try. There's no rush, no deadline, and no reason for you to hurry into making another series. Take your time to create something that you'll really be proud of.

I appreciate you taking my advice into consideration. Just don't repeat the mistakes you've made in the past, show everyone that you can learn and take critique, and we'll be all good. Smile

Nick, if you read this: THIS IS NOT GOOD STORYTELLING. You're supposed to weave exposition into the narrative, not hand out fucking glossaries as we're coming through the door to begin viewing. Telling us how you plan the story to go just kills it, it's like going to watch a movie in theaters after already reading about the plot on Wikipedia, you already know what's going to happen, so what's the point?

In other words: STOP POSTING IN HERE PLEASE.
