I'm not alone in hoping that this is going to launch a second chapter to FLYNN LIVES right?

As for the bitterness from Tron-Sector, it could be that they were not the center of the universe for Flynn Lives. Goodness knows that early on several here tried to get people to participate a bit over there too, as they were suggested as a better place for non-ARG specific discussion. That didn't work too well, and maybe we can see why.
And apparently the unfiction comment got me banned from there. Not that I'm too broken up about it. That place has been on a downward spiral for months. It's nearly impossible to have a discussion with anyone there without the slightest criticism being taken as, "Oh noes!! You hate Tron!!!". Hopefully if another film is indeed on the way, someone will build a better dedicated Tron site. Or, as I said in my offensive post over at Tron-Sector, "There's always unfiction".

What an awesome teaser. I also hope that Flynn Lives continues on in the next one... and we get an awesome ARG! More scavenger hunts through cities, please! <3

I would not mind more scavenger hunts that rewarded people working as a team. Team work is the key not just the individual. I had so much fun during the end game. Granted it made me late in getting kids from school and husband from work but it was worth every crazy minute.
Back on topic. This whole thing sounds so fun! Here's to hoping. . .

That would be awesome. The digital frontier search at the end of the ARG was kind of- call a number, go to a shop, game over. It would be great if people had to go in several different directions, accomplish tasks, then come back as a group to solve them. Not that I'm volunteering for coordinating the next TronARG
Sounds like more fun stuff, agreed!

im willing to call bs on this, it kinda makes no sense that theyd release this on the dvd (to my mind at least) and why would they release all this information to one guy out of the blue
also the pics dont exactly look holywood/disney esque plus the tripod thats apparently being used to film isnt a holywood tripod its nowhere near strong enough, u can buy one like it for £8 online
plus i cant c why if they had this all planned they wouldnt have put something at the end of the last movie like after the credits, disney is hugely famous for doing this
most importantly the movie hasnt even been given a green light yet, they dont need to shoot test footage so why are they doing shoots now
it might be deleted scenes from the first one, to rope in flynn lives but i doubt its a glimpse at a third movie.
(sorry to look down on the whole thing)

Dan Shor = RAM = Popcorn Cubicle Guy?! Dan Shor = Popcorn cubicle guy? i just stumbled accross this from the aicn talkback...
""...Dan Shor reprising his role from the original 1982 Tron (credited as "Popcorn co-worker" in the real world, "Ram" in The Grid)."
Popcorn co-worker!? How the fuck didn't I notice this? "Hey Alan. Can I have some of your popcorn?" So he was an ENCOM employee after all, which means Flynn probably knew him before he got shitcanned. "

That's great, my friends and I were joking around after the film saying that we wished the popcorn guy was in it. Looks like he will be (if this is real)!

Not that I'm ready to jump at believing everything stated in Harry's article myself, but it seems that you didn't read the article before passing judgment. A couple of your questions are answered right there in what Harry posted.

Set Photos The links to the photos have been removed from the page, but the actual location to the images still exists - you just need the link to find them.
Here they are if you missed them:
