I agree with the Mirror thing.
I've hit a mirror before out of anger [it hurt my hand] and it did look something like that...
Then again... Throwing a tennis ball at a mirror has the same effect. Could've been an accident...

As far as "show them what you did"- i wanna say it has something to do with his life before the vlogs started...

That mirror observation may be on to something. I kinda want to go back through the videos now and see if it was broken before (if no one else has already).

And I'm leaning towards the "life before the vlogs" theory as well, hatter. Kind of like he's saying "show them what you did last time you had a mental break and they won't be so sympathetic." That's just my take on it.

I double-checked Entrys 3 and 5. Its broken in both of them. Still something to note if the next one is related to Pre-Vlog events.

like i said- i thought that it was always broken. you can't really tell in the first one bcuz it's dark...

but i'm thinkin it happened before the vlogs. and i'm thinking that whatever shaun is talking about took place before the vlogs too. maybe it's the reason why he was in the hospital.
