I've edited the first post to reflect this, but here's a link to a 360 of my protoype FLYNN'S pin.

Unit cost.
Just letting you know progress...

I've submitted all the info for the Flynn's pin to my supplier now. For the sake of the quote, I've chosen a pin width of 2 inches and a thickness of 2-3mm.

I've also asked on possibility of bevelled edges. See pics below. I wanna get it looking as slick as possible!

Just awaiting prices now and I'll update ASAP. Can someone give me an estimate what the average shipping is for 1-2 of these in a small padded envelope, across the US from SD so I can price up a unit cost? Thanks. G

You can ship about anything that size in a padded envelope across the US for under $2. If you're thinking of adding in insurance or delivery confirmation, that could take you up to around $4.

you'll want to add $1-$2 for a padded envelope.

BTW, these look sweet as hell!

Glad you like? You interested at all? I'm doing one run of 40 unless the list is inundated and forces me to extend, but I will still only be doing one run. Don't want to offend the mouse with profiteering! G

Flynn's Pin
Update Wed 9th Feb

Howdy.

After discussion with my manufacturer, I've had to slightly alter the design to enable full enamel filled text, rather than colours just printed onto the metal. It means that the coloured areas of text will be surrounded by the 'Pin Metal' outlines. In my humble opinion, I prefer this new version as it mirrors the FLYNN LIVES 'Lined text' whilst keeping the red-orange-yellow colours of the original logo. Images are below.

I'm still trying to decide on final size and thickness before the PIN guy can quote me on a unit price for manufacture.

I'm getting there and I'm well on the case, but if anyone has changed their mind now that it's slightly different, PM me and I'll remove you from the list. I hope you don't, but I'll understand!! It's gonna look sweet.

I may have some other shiny projects in mind, but I'll see how this goes first! G
