i mean, yeah the shoe fits, and i was actually thinking of a more modern times ET for Super 8, but i dunno if thats like an ACTUAL picture of elliot. Good find, and i wont be TOTALLY surprised if you're right, but i'm not 100% on board. once again, interesting find though.

Well, it would probably be someone they knew or had previously under contract so they could use this pic with no contracts etc given that no cast has been hired for the trailer..

Yes, it is not Elliot, like on his brow - the hair are missing on Elliot. And multipsychoapopheniosis gave us great sample: this face fragment does fit just in every face.

But: search for real boy is going on.
