All I know was that before the pages were brought down there was a link below the 2nd cipher. It went to the national theater's contact page. I was pursuing it when the pages went down.

I would hazard a guess that it was partly due to saying Leda was safe? I mean that was team Life's motivation into it. So I guess with that the PM thought it should be moved on?

Edit 1; I emailed PIMCA to ask about where they got David, and when they would be recruiting, and got a response back.

how did you discover the 'biic' key? or did you work it backwards? might just be being slow as i've had a hard morning at work, but can't see the meaning of the letters?

with the JPEG title and other bits and pieces, i keep getting a sense that the overarching story has something to do with reincarnation and that maybe PIMCA are some kind of karma police?

the symbols saranna mentions may be linked to hieroglyphs. this would tie in with the death, seven souls, reincarnation, judgement themes. but if they are hieroglyphs the descriptions are too vague to get any actual meaning from them - there are a number of birds, and different forms of lions, feathers etc, depending on the age the language comes from. there are also similarities with other ancient civilisations such as the mesapotamian.

finally, the twitter refers to V.W. who is one of the PIMCA agents and also possibly 'virginia woolf'. is this a clue that V.W. is on 'our' side, or that we should be focussing on cracking her login on the PIMCA site?

Regarding the hieroglyphs I get:

A hand --> D
A foot --> B
A lion --> L
A bird --> several possibilities (A, O, U, W)
A jar stand --> G
A feather --> I
Water --> N
A mouth -->R

No idea where to go from here. Assuming the bird is O we get

Probably because I asked where they picked up David. (Maybe to get some insight on where the cipher was supposed to lead.)

So I'm guessing it meant ALL INFO CLASSIFIED.
Now why it was hidden like that I have no clue.
