Looks like it's an aerial view of the Arizona State Hospital. You can see the psych ward annex in the upper right corner. Working on an overlay now.

* Umberto Eco also born in 1932
**To put stones in one's pockets means one is going to commit suicide. This term comes from the method of suicide employed by Virginia Woolf when she put a large stone in her pocket and walked into a river to drown herself.
Marie Jones, born 1952, wrote a play called Stones in HIS pockets, so this might also have something to do with it, I suppose

**** TS Eliot's Wasteland: "Before, Eliot alluded to the fact that the people within the previous three sections were dead on the inside and alive in reality."

***** Charlotte Bronte died in childbirth

My addition:

Spoiler (Rollover to View):

1837 -- Charles Dickens started publication of Oliver Twist as a series of installments. This fits with "small children locked in an asylum".

So I decided to send an email to PIMCA saying I had passed level 2 just in case they wanted to know. This was my response.
Quote:
Congratulations on making it past Clearance Level Two! We will contact you with information about Clearance Level Three as soon as we reopen.

Not long after getting that email. I got another form agent on call.

Edit 1: The PIMCA site has been updated the four directions now have a "?" underneath them, and the tabs have been removed with only one that says "No Exit"

So Beatrice is locked in the Arizona State Hospital, but can't get out?

Sent a note to Saranna

Quote:
Saranna, we've been in touch with someone on the inside of PIMCA who seems willing to help us. Based on evidence from a variety of places, we are thinking that the person below (Beatrice) may be that person, and that she may have been committed unwillingly in teh psych ward of the Arizona State Hospital in Phoenix. What do you think we should do now? We have people in the area if you need some investigations done...

Thank you for the information. Very troubling. Not sure what this means. I will consult the cards tonight.

Sincerely,

Mountains Mountains Everywhere (Title of post)

And not a drop to drink.
Without is sin.
The path is steep.
We must go miles (over 100)

(The above is what came to me when I was doing a card reading this evening. I believe I was, and have been, channeling someone named "B") the blog.

Well, if we're still talking about Arizona, mountains, mountains everywhere is right. You wouldn't need to go far to find a mountain.

I'm intrigued by the line 'without is sin'. There are a couple different possible meanings there, the first of which that came to my mind was that 'outside is sin'. However, 'sin' is also Spanish for 'without', and there's certainly lots of Spanish going on in AZ too. :)

As a matter of fact, while I was Googling about, I found a place near Sedona called 'Sin Salida' ('Without Exit' or escape or so on). It's about 111 miles from Central Phoenix. I don't know of any special mountains in that area, but Sedona is a place well-known for both its incredible beauty and for its multiple 'vortexes' which are supposed to channel spiritual energy of various sorts when you stand in them, or... something. The presence of these vortexes draws a lot of people interested in metaphysics, spirit channeling, and New Age stuff to Sedona.

There are also a hundred billion places called 'Sinagua'. That is probably because it's a desert.

Sin Salida sounds likely, as "Without Exit" is close to "No Exit" on the Pimca website.

Frankenstein?

MARY SHELLEY???

ETA: Darn; thought August 1797 might be the pwd. Tried it with the highpriestess combos, but no luck.

Just a note cherrytree; you've spelled february wrong in the post; any chance you got it wrong when you were entering it as a pwd too? Bit of a hail mary really...

Frankenstein stuff would make some sense in terms of all of the alive/dead stuff though, and the Shelley refs; must be something there...

The alive or dead part could connect to John Polidori whom wrote The Vampyre.

Interesting fact about Shelley that may connect to the "stones in pockets". Percy Shelley's ex-wife committed suicide in late 1816 although it doesn't say how it happened.

The couple wiki is referring to is Mary and Percy Shelley.
Quote:

In 1816, the couple famously spent a summer with Lord Byron, John William Polidori, and Claire Clairmont near Geneva, Switzerland, where Mary conceived the idea for her novel Frankenstein.

Wiki is your friend. Razz

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mary_Shelley

Another name for Frankenstein is: The Modern Prometheus that might help with a password or something.

Oh and Mary and Percy Shelley, Polidori and Lord Byron were all close friends.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_William_Polidori

I forgot to note that apparently The Vampyre is the first actual vampire story written in English. (Dracula was written in 1897, The Vampyre was in 1819)

Where are the original questions to do with the dates...I keep getting mixed up with everyone's answers. Thanks.

I told Saranna about my theories (Sin Salida). She replied with:

There's a city in AZ for that too... Pinetop.

It is always better to look for some gifted one(by nature since birth) to get readings etc. than any newly trained one according to my experience.

So... where are we at? What are we working on?

I tried to think of answers to the new post, but all I could think of were these:

Shaped (6): formed, molded
The cards etc (2): on (in, at)
There are always a dozen (5): roses
You'll know which one of the dozen (4): I have no clue
I ate one of the donuts (6): eleven?

EDIT: Okay, failing any response...

I realized that the latest post on Saranna's blog is the Star. She says The Star Is 17, in nice big capital letters, and "the cards are our path" and "If you keep The Star in sight, it will guide you to your destination."
Yes. The Star IS 17. Perhaps... I-17?!
If it is I-17, then this would make matters much simpler, because from Downtown Phoenix, 17 only goes one way: north. And it ends at Flagstaff, AZ, 148 miles away, where the Grand Canyon is.
And if it has to be outside of a hundred miles, then it's anywhere between Lake Montezuma (site of Montezuma's Castle) and Flagstaff.

Of course, given the other clues we have, it's still not easy to narrow down what, if any, physical location she could be referring to. Places with trees, mountains, and such = the entirety of Northern Arizona.

Aw, too bad; is this one dying on the vine? I've been out of commission for awhile. Seems like we have lost a few people and have lost that critical mass. Too bad, I was having fun with this one...
