 		I am not sure whose this one is but it is the one with the 45.5 in it.

note that the mqgdhqrwz that comes after the 45.5 probably = megahertz so it seems that every other letter is the correct letter.
I have figured out a few other words by guessing so I will post when I finish it if it makes any sense.

 		I've put what I've figured out so far of the 45.5 on my Flickr since I don't know how to add a photo here. I'm not sure if it is correct since a lot of it has been guessing.

I think the second word after megahertz in the cipher is actually r u o l not r u d. I made the same mistake. I will edit this as I go through the cipher:

This is only my guesstimate btw, after "membrane" and "brain" the cipher seems to skip a letter, that's how I got the encourage memory bit.
So adding this to your flickr page you get:

At a frequency of 45.5 megahertz: the full name of the deceased should be repeated into the external auditory canal on both ears. This will resonate the timpanic membrane, producing nerve simulation which, in conjunction with the galvanisation process of the brain, will encourage memory to be deictic(?) - - a_e_ (or) _f_g.

For what it's worth, in my OOG chat with the PM the other day, he mentioned that he doesn't merely use a cipher straight out the way it encodes, but also mucks around with it a bit to keep things from being too easy or straightforward! That would account for the few inconsistencies or leftover bits that don't quite work out.

Not yet. Unfortunately, I have been having some RL issues(being ill sucks Sad ) and have been unable to work on the ciphers. I am feeling better now, and hopefully will be able to sit down and work on the ciphers.

 		I've got something. It doesn't seem to be working perfectly, but it is working. I'll post it once I have the full message.

I figured this out using the key about Forest's grave and the video. I went back and looked at the video to find where the image was, and listened to what was said. I tried the word pine at first, but then it turned out the pi worked best.

Cipher Text:pa qmta xv hxgqco iqbm, ewmc bwm hcc exbw bpcgch zxlta
pvs iubtz ippb wm xa zqattl, pt awiat gqhm ipt bwqgl sin.

Output: as bees in springtime, when the sun with taurus rides
and after that he is killed, he shall rise the third day.

Edit: I decided to look into the text, and found that the "As bees
In spring-time, when the Sun with Taurus rides" is from Paradise Lost.
The second line "and after that he is killed, he shall rise the third day." is from Mark 9:31 in the Bible.


Edit: The second page's message is beginning to take shape. The style of writing is forcing me to be extremely careful with every symbol. Once again I will post the final solution once I have it.

Alright, I think I cracked my second page.

With a preparation of one part adult human blood, threeparts (this next part was in a box) 2,4- dichlorophenoxyaceticacid and one part boiled - thrice water, (end of box) pervade the flesh with the mixture under light of the moon. Allow adl(?) veins to be infused before arteries to ensure that, post-galvanisation expelling of impurities from qe(?) flesh occur during excitement.

As you can see it didn't work out perfectly(adl veins and qe) but the main part is there. I'm going to look over the paper to see what else I may have missed/letters I got wrong in order to get the final two issues fixed.
