The odd thing about " natukatek " is that when reversed (as in 1962 and 2691) and translated from Indonesian it's "fear"
Profile name, C&" and C&" are HTML??

Sticking with the reversed "angle"...
Lia reversed is ail which webster's says is a verb: to give physical or emotional pain, discomfort or trouble to
or as an intransitive verb: to suffer ill health

from http://www.latte.org/examples.html
In HTML, several common typographical symbols are "magic." If you want to include ", &, <or> in your text, you must write them using special codes: ", &, <, and >. This tends to make your text hard to read, especially since the codes don't look anything like the characters they replace.
So C&" is again C&" (or c62 without teh shift key)
/EDIT i dunno if there can even be clues in the source on blogspot, but theres this line:
<span><span></span></span>It was so hot. I fell through the ground. Center 2691
disguise?

Centralia, PA ? My first try ever.
Did some research and have discovered a ghost town called Centralia, in Pennsylvania. It's an abandoned mining town with a population between 9 and 11, depending on the sources.
1962 is the year that the mine fire started that drove all the people away. the underground fire is still burning (the blog says: "48 years ago I am still burning") and the ground is dangerously unstable with sinkholes suddenly opening (blog: "I fell through the ground").
The blog also mentions Center 2691 and LIA;
center + lia = Centralia?
seems like an interesting place (setting for a story). There have been books and films made about it. supposedly the town in the Silent Hill movie was based on Centralia.
there is a lot about it on google and youtube. a few links:
(great video) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZjtmaCI9_wM
(a nicer looking video) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mWW2xANkbSw
(a forum post with an article) http://forums.gunbroker.com/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=435445
(a washington post article) http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2003/04/02/AR2005033108150.html
(a film about Centralia) http://www.amazon.com/Town-That-Was-John-Lokitis/dp/B00208GJ14
not sure if this will lead anywhere, or how it would tie in with the inverse indonesian.
any ideas?

The answer I got when I tried it was "Nothing to do"
Sort of makes sense... I think.
I used the word "natukatek" guessing that it would be the keyword, I've posted a comment... waiting to see what happens .. if anything.
