Anyone taken a look at some of the new seals? Last week's batch was pretty easy, but it took me a little while to solve the most recent one.

Next to Nothing seal

I'm at a complete loss to even finding the Next to Nothing seal. Any subtle (or even not-so-subtle) hints? Unless the finding is itself the solution, I'd prefer not any hints to the solution, just a general pointing towards where to find it...

Its hard because it moves so fast, but the games name is a big clue. For an even bigger clue about how to back-door your way to the solution on this one...

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
source code is an absolute gimmie

I figured out the above when I thought about how this puzzle would be made.

I wouldn't spend a lot of time looking for it. It is something that you should find while navigating through the website normally.

Thanks for the hints...though really, they didn;t help much. I found it looking in a different way, and then was able to solve it without reading the first hint, which was more than I asked for anyway.

A neat one, though, I thought.

I looked through the HTML and I conjecture there is something that comes and goes because of the source code concerning a fading object. It also says &nbsp&nbsp&nbsp& but I'm not sure that is germane to the answer. I also tried hitting the space bar a bunch of times since it is "nothing". No cigar. Hints?

The hour is killing me!

I give! What the heck do I do to that damn clock (Await The Hour Seal) -- any nudges or shoves would be most appreciated!

Here is what I've tried:

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
I've flipped the numbers for over 30 min. I've had both hands on the flashed number, one of each hand on it. Got the bell to ring - tried ringing the bell the amount of the number ... and tons more for the last few days. HELP!

Other minor questions - can't find The Spelling Bee or Disobedience. I think I have all the rest that are not day specific or time/amount specific.

Any help would be much appreciated. I started way late and only was able to catch the last two live Theorems and the rest from the archives so I'm just in it for the solve -- no leader board action.

Thanks - emato (going mad from the clock!)

Site Update

Bumping because I joined this semi-recently. There seems to be new point system for the "current theorems" that is somewhat more fair; points are now awarded by time rather than who solves it first.
Quote:
Solving a Theorem will earn you 100 base points (minus a bunch if you used hints), plus a bonus for solving it fast: 250 for solving in the first five minutes, 200 for the first ten minutes, 150 for the first 30 minutes, 100 for the first hour, and 50 for the first day.

The scoreboards are reset every four theorems as well, so new players have a chance to catch up.
Quote:
To give everyone a fair shot at climbing the oh-so-prestigious ranks, I'll reset the scoreboard to zero after every four Theorems. So you'd better stay on your toes. At the end of each four-Theorem period, the top ten puzzlers will be immortalized on our Hall of Fame and this scoreboard will refresh.

The bell ringing is a signal to you that something is correct.

Disobedience isn't something you find, it's something you do. And I'm sure you won't need much help with Spelling Bee.

Finally got the Await the Hour! In the end I'm not sure what I did ... Rolling Eyes

Anyway, I think I'm caught up now. That one was the worst for me!

Thanks for the nudges.

My thinking on the Traveler Seal went like this:

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Traveling... leaving...
