 		i tried reversing it. but it just made it worse.

Here is what i have gotten from it

The image could be of the trees in TTA's "signal" video. They're both in 3D style. The "broadcast" image could just be a little distorted.

Yes, I agree, it might be from that video, however I feel like they had to have used some actual water to make that shot look the way it does. **

I used to use Sony Vegas, the editing software Troy uses for MH, and I don't remember it having any plugins that could do water effects with that great of detail. I might be wrong, though...

There's clearly a distinct image of a man standing over, which is near impossible to replicate from the image you provided, no matter how much you zoom.

While both do have red/blue shading, Broadcast and the trees from Signal barely look similar. Very different orientation, sizing, and in the former its fairly evident there is at least one if not two silhouettes, whereas that wouldn't fit in at all with those trees from Signal unless they were manipulated to a point where they're not recognizable.

It's a good idea, but I don't think it's really close.

 		Actually watching the film now on Youtube to see if there are any frames or audio that sound/look similar to this video. I'll post any findings in a minute >.>

It looks like someone is standing over the camera to me. As if they were looking down on someone who was underwater.

I agree. They both have a vague similarity, but too distinct to me.

I've seen it before, there are no "water" like shots that look like this in it.

We can agree that the video is supposed to look as if the camera is underwater, staring up at two (?) people. This made me think about where it might've been filmed, if TTA is still using his methods of uploading extra footage that Jay doesn't have.

The only place I could possibly connect it to was the creek of running water from Entry 31. From the 3:14 mark a bit onward, there's a fairly-sized stream cutting through the woods.

What do you think? The trees surrounding the frame would suggest that this is where Broadcast was filmed - under the water in that creek, looking up at the sky. There's really no other prominent displays/pools of water in the series that I can remember.

Unless they just edited like that and the camera wasn't really anywhere noteworthy, doing it just to have TTA make the point of drowning for whatever reason. Even if it's also a reflection, I still think it could be filmed at this creek.
