On a serious note I think TTA is Seth or Brian

...And I couldn't have been more wrong on what the video says but I think it was kind of funny and gave an even more demented twist to TTA.

This relationship could also be one of conductive purposes. Rather than protection it might be quite the opposite. (I remember a lot of people talking about Tim notably drinking water. Inviting him in?) The rain with the power lines (and the goofy backwards S that never seemed to get fully explained) and now this view of some watery vision of some type.

"I will always know you." "Do you know me?" While menacing on some level could be attempts at communication, though possibly misguided.

This theory takes on an eerie sort of relevance if you look through the TTA videos in order and view them as someone- or someTHING- slowly learning how human beings communicate through video. The only blatant hole in the theory is Warning, but if Masky chose to lend a hand... well. Even crazy!TiMasky is a film student.

 		Does anyone feel the way I do and not see this video as being some sort of watery image, and see it as obviously being a hand print of some kind...because I've tried really hard to see water and I still see a hand. :/

Considering the description is "are you drowning?" I'm pretty sure it's water.

Also, about the underwater camera. It doesn't have to be an underwater one. There are plenty of waterproof casings for cheap cameras you can buy. Even for Flip cameras. It's possible to do now-a-days on a budget. Though, I'm sure it's the reflection of the water and not under it.

My handprints tend to have more than three fingers, and less trees in them personally. Regardless, I think the intent was definitely that this takes place under water, despite how folks might interpret it.

I think this is a good possibility. Ultimately, we have to wonder who is communicating through TTA videos (and ######). If it is the Operator, then he is definitely making other people do it for him. I imagine that's where he got his series-specific name - he's operating people as his tools.

The audio/visual/etc interference might be the only things the Operator is doing directly. Specifically, Jay's mysterious text during his trip to the Red Tower may have been something from the Operator (replacing Jay's original message).

As to ToTheArk's identity, I have no idea who it could be. Last week I made a long post about why Tim had to be ToTheArk, then an enormous "coincidence" in this video makes me completely reconsider that. It speaks volumes to the mystery of this series that each video can call our assumptions into question.

 		I don't think this has been mentioned, apologies if it has...

If we assume that this is the viewpoint of somebody looking up (could still be a reflection), it seems a bit weird that it would be fimed. If you're on your back with a handheld camera you're probably not going to just lie there and point it straight up. But... what about Jay's chest mounted camera? Looking at the angle of the shot, that's pretty much the viewpoint you'd get from a chest camera if you fell on your back. Its hard to tell if it looks the same (think the chest cam had a fisheye thing going on, can't tell if Broadcast does or not) but if it is, it points pretty strongly to this being sourced from Jay's personal footage...

Out-there idea: In my lurking I have seen lots of suggestions that water (perhaps running water, vampire style) repels the Operator. Supposing at some point one of the characters has figured this out. They're being chased by the tall one, well aware they're not going to outrun him - the only thing they can think to do is leg it to the nearest body of water and jump in. I don't really know where I'm going with this, but its something to chew on if it hasn't come up yet.

 		I highly doubt the visual portion is anything besides looking at a water reflection, or looking underwater. You see trees in the background, which makes it clear that this video is taking place in a forest.

What kind of significance would the visual have? Maybe there's a tape in the safe that shows Alex and/or Jay standing over a body of water.

To be fair, it's not like the video image in Fragments had a lot to do with what happened in Entry #35. The tone of the video on the other hand, and the latent hostility towards / warning about Alex's viciousness DID.

That made me think that that may very well be what the ark is. Just trying to escape to the water, or something similar.

There was an Entry where Jay looked down in a hole for no apparent reason. When he looked down there, was someone looking back at him?

Which Entry are you talking about? I remember in the one where he went to the red tower there was a weird little hole that made some distortion, but it was only a foot or so deep.
