 		I think maybe the first thing he says isn't "In time" but "Enjoying".

(Edit: Might be "In time ___ will suffer." The muffle is still there, but I'm making out whole words now. O_O'')

I agree that the last phrase does sound alot like "I will always know you..." and upon several more listens--it kinda sounds like the phrase before that he may be saying "You will not know me...."

To me, it sounds like "In time must you suffer. Will you know me? I will always know you."

If it's this, it could mean TTA is not Masky, and it's someone Jay either doesn't know or wouldn't guess to be TTA. If that makes any sense.

I've tried messing with the audio as well, but couldn't get very far.

I feel like it's poking at the fact that whoever TTA is doesn't suffer from memory loss but Jay or whoever this is aimed at suffers from terrible memory loss.

I agree that last part is, "I will always know you" or at least something uber similar.
