Visiting the Queen City Poolhouse (Entry #13) - Pics & Vid [10]
Well, I finally got a chance to visit so I took a video re-enacting Entry 13. It's under construction so a lot has changed as you can see, but I was pleased to see that most everything on camera in the entry is pretty much the same aside from a random brick wall they added, and removing the slab where the Operator symbol was.

It's a cool looking place.
I used to like finding abandoned areas like that and just wandering around with my camera. We have lots of disused dockland where I live which make for some interesting snaps, and there used to be an abandoned military training installation up the road on a cliff-top, but that's sadly been cleared away now.
..Sorry, went a bit off-topic there!

Hey this is really cool! I always thought that was one of the spookiest locations they shot at, and seeing it in a different light is quite nice, :3
How do you stop the video right when we were gonna see us a slendy!? ahhh!

Looks like a nice place to shoot a slender man ARG. I'd say they picked a good spot. What state is this in?

It looks like it's in an advanced state of decay to me.

Wasn't sure whether to laugh or cry, so I did a bit of both.

The hoodie with "TROY" written on it was a pretty good fit for the situation...

Wow that's so awesome! If I went there, I would explore for other MH settings.

Ah, thanks.
Does anyone want to go swimming? There's no one in the pool besides me and Slender man.

I absolutely love exploring abandoned places. I just wish there were more closer to me. Of course, I have the king of all abandonia near me: Centralia.

I used to eat and breathe exploring 'abandoned' places when I was a kid; we lived near the edge of a town that was expanding, so there were endless fields of construction in various states of completion. I guess it wasn't so much that they were abandoned, as that nobody was around to linger when the workers went home. I've never actually been exploring buildings and places that have been abandoned, but it sounds like fun! Also a bit unnerving in and of itself... but very cool!
(Thanks, daendil and 8bitFilk!)
