can we confirm that adelaide was claimed by conspiracy 12 or ts?
I got sf for villains,
Aillen has ny for villians,

so the game should have ended if adelaide was for villains..

We know that Thanatos' Sin hates The Twelve, who were in charge of Project Thanatos, so I don't think it is plausible that he is a part of that effort to kill off the original supers. We have the one image of him saying "Eleven down...only one more to go," which I believe refers to The Twelve.

We know that Kane Rosebud had two sons, John and Sam, and Sam was already, in 1991, vowing to "destroy" those who were hunting his father. Six years later two teenage supers make their appearance in the story. So it's certainly possible that Thanatos' Sin is a grown-up Sam who somehow developed his own superpowers and is tracking down his father's killers (if KR is indeed dead.)

Conspiracy 12 also seems to be in opposition to Project Thanatos, but TS is scornful of their less violent plans to merely expose The Twelve and what they did. It would make sense that he would cooperate with them to a certain extent, however, as long as their intents and his coincide. We know that Sam's brother grew up to be a teacher and is named John, and we know that "Teacher John" is associated with C12, so if Thanatos' Sin is Sam Rosebud, then there is a personal connection between TS and the C12 camp.

Why wouldn't TS say that Kane Rosebud was his father and Teacher John his brother? Maybe he doesn't remember. We're seeing "unlocked memories," which might mean some sort of amnesia. Or maybe he just doesn't want to acknowledge his past and prefers to be purely a villain with no emotional connections.

But who the hell is Zero?
