Just some thoughts before I get some sleep-

There are only four "number rings", as described by Xels in the post above. are we supposed to overlay the rings? Seems unlikely.
"Let the mystery marinate." Who says that! Seems lke a clue.
Could the ten digits (0-9) refer to whetever rewards he gives us for the villainy masks? He needed 9 to send in photos, and 9 of us + 1 of him...

Then again, this could just be the ramblings of a sleep depraved mind. Feel free to discard, whilst I collapse from exhaustion.

EDIT- only 9 digits. The number 2 doesn't appear at all...

Could be a cypher with some key words as the key. Possibly "Let the mystery marinade" or similar. Or it could be a combination cypher/number riddle.

Still working on it though.

Here are all four puzzle pieces from the "About" page that we've unlocked so far (I know they've been posted, I'm just putting them together so they're easy for everyone to see). The two on the left obviously fit together, but we don't know what he is saying yet. I have no idea what to make of the other two. They appear to just be silhouettes of people. They do not, however, fit together. The empty space to the right of the neck on the bottom piece show that the two do not match up. So there are at least 2 silhouettes (this is presuming that all the pieces match up in the end). I'm also working on the number puzzle but I haven't figured out anything just yet.

Judging from previous pictures, the number 5 is the far right bottom and the copyright is far left bottom. So we're looking for at least 9 blogs. And at least 9 masked villains.
