Hey I have a question, when Alex tells Jay to lay low, and Jay sarcastically says, "I'm great at doing that, Alex," what did he mean, exactly? Did he mean "Well if I'm so easy to find, obviously I'm not good at laying low", or was it, "Yeah I'm great at doing that because that's all I ever do", and he actually wants to start figuring things out now?

Kinda OT, but at this point there are so many theories that have evidence for them and against them about who TTA is, who's side everyone is on, or what the conflict even is. I think that when we finally find out it's gonna be totally unexpected and not match any of our theories personally.

I've been one of those TTA=Alex people for awhile and I'm starting to think its neither Alex nor Tim. There's just no conclusive evidence either way, its driving me nuts.

So from now on I'm just going to view TTA as simply YouTube user totheark, whoever that might be, and wait for the story to tell me, and then I'll be like "that was cool it all makes sense now" rather than trying to figure it out beforehand. Not very ARG-like, but I don't think its required for us to guess TTA's identity for us to enjoy the series.

So it occurred to me, everyone is wondering what happened to Alex's girlfriend. Is it possible that she's Jessica? We don't see much of Amy in the video that was sent to J, and I can't compare voices because I have hearing issues, so I'll leave that to someone else. It's possible she ended up in the hotel with J after something happening with Alex (which is why he wasn't with them) and they were sticking together, only then they both had memories wiped.
I don't recall seeing it mentioned before. Thoughts?

I doubt Alex sent the package. I believe the "hotel you were at, room you were at" was reasoning for doing worse to Tim as it's clearly too easy for Tim to find Jay. Alex being TTA doesn't mesh with the masky footage. Why would Alex smash Tim's leg after they had been making creepy vids together?

People are questioning the cause of the distortion. I know this, and other Slenderman related vlogs for that matter, is synonymous with distortion of unnatural cause but in this entry is it not just because it is video recovered from a corrupt tape? Of course, that doesn't really explain the bizarre red/orange/yellow image in between I suppose but that's what I'm chalking it down to in my head at the moment.

Addition is where TTA=Alex doesn't mesh with me. There seems to be no reason for Alex to do that. With Tim, at least, he was kinda impish.

dantheman3k = agree 100% I actually started a notepad doc of something very similar when I saw your post, nice work - and welcome Smile

(MH is my first ARG too so it's good to know I'm not the only one playing catch up).

Only things I'd like to add/expand/quote on:

Add: Rawkz0rz - I agree on the location, if you look at the trees they are the exact same type and the treeline is almost identical - just from a different angle.

Expand: If Alex is TTA - you have to look at past TTA videos where Masky is in them and ask yourself "how the hell did he do that"?
Is he spying on J?
Is this how he's known where he was?
Could this be the chest camera that has only recently appeared (in this season - would explain how he got it?).

My thoughts:
- I'm with people saying that Alex doesn't say that he sent the Entry 26 video to Jay - he's just saying that someone was able to do that. He's pointing that out to emphasise to Jay that he isn't doing a good enough job of covering his tracks, which is why Masky has kept being able to track him down.
- I'd also say that this isn't even proof that Entry 35 was their first meeting. I see nothing in this video which suggests that Alex and Jay couldn't have met up between Entries 34 and 35 and hatched a plan to go back for one last check of the mystery hut. It would be a little surprising for Jay not to film that meeting - but Jay might have lost the tape (or had it stolen) in the meantime, we have no proof that the tapes in the safe were a complete collection of everything Jay recorded in the missing months.
