While I think some people are over analyzing certain aspects of the tweets(I don't think the typos spell anything) I don't understand how anyone can think that he's 'just tired' or 'just has a headache.' There's no room for 'just' in proper storytelling. If he's doing anything in-game then there *should* be a good reason for it. And if he's going through the effort of telling us that something in the tapes was intense and then not posting it due to illness there *should* be a BIG reason for it.

How could this be just a headache? If Jay in-game just got sick because that's life then that would be incredibly superfluous. If Troy had a headache out of game and didn't want to post the video tonight this would be a dumb way of lampshading it.

The question here isn't if he just has a headache or not, it's what gave him the headache. Slendy? The tape? Tim? TTA? ...Alex? ........Brian(this would be the worst twist ever)?

I don't entirely want to believe that he'd go so far. I will however, call bollocks if he posts something such as:

When I woke up, the footage for Entry 37 was deleted. Oh well, my headache's gone.

or

Whoops, all the tapes just accidentally fell into the trash compactor I keep next to my computer. Oh well, no Entry 37.

I would lol so hard if that happened! ...And then promptly pick up my pitchfork and join the angry mob headed for Alabama.

As for Jay stalling though, why would he bother? It seems that if it were that bad, he just wouldn't tell us about it. According to #19 we went a whole month before he told us he was taping himself, so we know he has no qualms about withholding information. He should know that a ruse this complicated would only make us suspicious. I think it's more likely he's really in trouble.

But I hope this does address the twitpics, especially Masky in the hoodie. There are a lot of interesting theories that would be so awesome if true!

Hail Slenderman/TiMasky/TTA?

While I don't think the typos mean anything I guess 'hail' could have some association with Slendysickness if we are operating under the assumption that either Tim or Alex are under Slenderman's influence.

I was just spitballing ideas out with everything being legitimate at this point so, why not?

Also HAIL reversed is LIAH and with writing like TTA, an H may be mistaken for a R = LIAR

That might be looking into it a BIT too much. If it were handwritten TTA style, maybe. But it's alot harder to make that assumption when it's simply computer text.

I say we wait and see if there's any situation which we can plug 'hail' into. If not, another red herring for the pile.

Okay, so I'm a bit confused.

AS OF RIGHT NOW, MARCH 22, 9:44pm Central Time

The tweet reads this:

Quote:
Judging by the response, I'm the only one having this problem... about 2 hours ago via web

But I got it on my phone last night at this time:

I'll assume it's just a glitch, but whatever. Thought I'd post it.

EDIT

Sorry for the huge picture, by the way. Forgot to resize.

Chalk it up to 'Twitter time'. the "Sleep now" post is still stuck at 'five seconds ago' for me.

Yeah, the tweet times are always wrong for me. I think this latest issue J is having is probably going to lead us to an entry (possibly 38 ) returning us, at least temporarily, to real-time, since I can't imagine Tim would just stop pursuing J while he goes through the tapes. Bum leg or not it would only be a matter of time before Tim caught up with him, maybe his presence is causing the headache? Something I've noticed about Tim as opposed to the Operator is that the audio and video distortion caused by the Operator is inconsistent, leading me to believe that it can control the effect it has on video and sound recorders. In Tim's case, however, the level of distortion has almost always been relative to his proximity to the camera. The way the camera reacted to him in Entry 33 almost makes him seem radioactive or something. Who knows where that guy has been to make himself the way he is, perhaps it isn't even safe to be near the him anymore.

You have to take into account, however, that "Operator-charged areas" (the house, the Red Tower) seem to defy normal space-time to varying degrees. Arguably, that means the Operator does too, so he could just be "very close", then "very far", then "three steps left", and so on, without the need for a linear path.

Edit: Removed a small typo. (Oh <deity>! It's got me too!)

Good point. However, it's noteworthy that there have been multiple instances where the Operator has been caught on film at simliar distances with varying degrees of distortion.

That goes on the assumption that the Operator, who is an extraspacial entity, is limited to being in one place at a time. Given the array of abilities it's demonstrated thus far, would "being in two places at once" be too much of a stretch?

You're likely right, though.

I don't know if it's just me but Entry 12 and Return seem to have the same visual distotion. It may just be me though.
