Sounds like a mistake, not a copyright issue.
Either way, I see nothing wrong with the joking around.

I've seen pictures of Masky and Slendy sitting down to enjoy a nice cup of English tea. I feel like Slenderbob was inevitable anyway.

Troy isn't pissed guys and gals. It's a slip up...they happen. If you wanna make fun of it light heartedly, then do it here. If not, don't come in this topic and bitch about it. I'm sure if he can deal with all the critics of MH up to now, then he can deal with a few jabs about a little kid in a spongbob shirt.

As much as I thought the meme was kind of stupid at first, I've gotta agree, it's all in good fun. I'm sure it's something that'll end up like the Gimme $20 meme after a certain point, but at least it's just for the lulz and not really maligning MH or Troy or anything. His blog post seems, to me, to make it clear that he's more embarrassed he made the slip-up than he is upset by the joking about it. If you can't laugh at yourself...

Also, gotta apologize for the poorly Photoshopped monstrosity I uploaded last night. As you'd know if you read my post on the Real Life thread, I've been pretty sick the past few days, and was tripping on cold medication last night when I decided it'd be a good idea to do that. Razz I realize now that it's pretty awful and doesn't make a whole lotta sense.

 		Oh some people need to lighten up. This is OOG anyway. It was a little mistake we are just joking about for lulz. If anyone gets pissed by some jokes than they need to grow a tougher skin.

Besides I'm already over it. It was a fun little "tee-hee" thing and now it's past.

As for the $20 meme. Well that was funny to start, but driven into the ground. That's why it got unfunny. In the interview they said they liked it at first too, but it was just used to death.

I'm a bit ashamed I used it, but ah well. My first offense. I thought it was funny.

As long as this crap isn't a long running joke forever and more like a "Oh remember that? That was kinda funny" every now and then it's fine.

There's some terrible hiphop song that goes "No wifin' in the club, gimmie twenty dollars". Somebody mixed it with MH videos, and it became a thing. "Slendy only wants his $20!"

So, yeah. It got old real fast.

Funny story: I had no idea what "wifin' in the club" meant, so I thought he was saying "My wife is in the car" for the longest time. That led to a funny conversation with my friend Tim (No, not that Tim) where he had to explain it to me.

Me: But I like mine better.
Tim: No! If you're wifin' in the club, you get $20!
Me: Yeah, I guess. But, Wifin' in The Club: $20. Slender Man's wife waiting in the car: Priceless.
