Trial 1 part 1/2:make your favorite food
part 2/2: now stick it in your favorite shoe and bury it.

.... that's all i can think of so far

I've done that before... although it probably wasn't a mile. Either way, it didn't end well for my two big toes. Sad

Ramen
Easy Mac
that rice stuff you make in the microwave
s'mores
nachos
