Bergman.

Yes, there's no Peter Bergman or just Bergman anywhere at Lovecraft's works. However, since we're working with names, how about the real Peter Bergman? It will sound stupid, but look, we have Tom Pickman acting pretty similar to the guy called Pickman from Pickman's Model, so, I'll give the idea five seconds of my google.

I really didn't know him or the series he worked at and all that I'm saying comes from wikipedia, so correct me if it sounds more wrong than crazy. Anyway, his first notable role was at a show called All My Children, that was first aired in 1970 and have like a bazillion episodes. He played a doctor called Dr. Cliff Warner from 1979 to 1989.

About the show, "the title of the show refers to the bonds of humanity. The poem, written by [Agnes] Nixon, that appears in the title credits' photo album reads:
'The Great and the Least,
The Rich and the Poor,
The Weak and the Strong,
In Sickness and in Health,
In Joy and Sorrow,
In Tragedy and Triumph,
You are ALL MY CHILDREN'"

Back to Bergman, now he plays, since 1989, the role of a guy called Jack Abbot in a series called The Young and the Restless. The character is described as a "playboy".



... anyway, this will probably lead to nowhere and have no conection at all with the thing we're dealing, but MAYBE I'M RIGHT AND IT'S ALL ABOUT SOAP OPERAS, WHO KNOWS.

Am I the only one that thinks it is strange that his step-mom sends out the pictures with added things and that he receives notes while he is staying at his dad's house...

We somehow need to get into contact with his stepmom..

maybe we can get some clues from her...


Another thing..
on the picture of the bridge, in the water, to the left of the "plants" (slightly lower) I clearly see something that could be a word..

Richard Pickman isn't the only Pickman in Lovecraft. Flipping through that little lexicon I posted, I found this

"Nathaniel Derby Pickman Foundation. Foundation in Arkham, Massachusetts which funded, along with the aid of other, unnamed sources, the ill-fated Miskatonic University Expedition to the Antarctic in 1930-31."

This comes from At the Mountains of Madness in which members of Miskatonic University encounter the frozen remains of the Old Ones.

What if we were wrong? What if he isn't related to Richard Pickman? What if he's supposed to be related to Nathaniel Pickman?

I would try and make a copy of it, then cut up the text squares and try putting them together like a jigsaw puzzle. Looks like they could go together.
