 		I'm very interested in participating in this, but I don't understand how it works...what does a participant in the tournament do?

Basically, OCTs are kinda like collaborative stories in the form of a contest. Whoever is hosting the tournament comes up with a basic plot, then gives guidelines for an audition. People who want to enter make a reference sheet of their character, and then a comic/written story/animation/etc that follows the audition guidelines and inserts their character into the story.

After the auditions are over, judges pick the best ones and those people get into the tournament (usually 32, but sometimes 64 or 16, depending on the size of the OCT). Then the people who get in are matched up against each other randomly, and have to create another comic/animation/etcetc that features their character and their opponents character and advances the story.

A lot of times the premise sets up a sort of fighting tournament or something so that your characters will have an automatic conflict with each other, but it depends on the plot of the OCT, really. Anyway, judges pick a winner, that person moves on in the tournament and their entry becomes canon to the story.

 		if I recall when you beat someone you acquire their characters in your story, it's like a gradeschool game of Marbles, only with lives.

As for other things, I've got most of it. Though, a logo totally slipped my mind. I didn't even think about that, heh. I made an icon for the OCT too, but it's not all that amazing. I'm not sure what your specialty is, but I'll just throw this out to the public. >>;;

Though, it's possible that I might need another judge, but I'm not sure about asking the UNF community about that. xD Not to mention I'm not sure on that either, I need to note all of my judges...
