Well this has been posted in the speculation thread, and I finally got a reply from George. Here's the first email:

I sent one in normal text which never got replyed to so I went and sent one in simple binary. Which he responded to today.

Also my contact indicates that the access code changes every hour, on the hour. When we reveal it the buyer will only have up to 60 minutes to use it and drain the account before the security protocols change it. Obviously any buyer will need to be aware of this. You'll have to schedule with me when you want the access code and I will release it to you. The banking agent I am recommending to you is Mike James, who you can contact at MikeJamesSPLAThushmail.com. He will help you setup a personal anonymous account and help you with all the banking transactions. Finally, the source will only be able to obtain an access code up until midnight this coming Sunday (GMT). You need to finish the transaction in that time, otherwise the opportunity will close.  		Random trivia: "George Kaplan" was the codename of the secret agent in the movie North By Northwest that the main character is mistaken for. Possibly not meant to have any bearing here, butchknow. Laughing
