We have noticed that before. It is there because k7 is a real voicemail company. It is probably not a good idea to hit them too hard, because they are just trying to run a business. Every one of the other voicemail boxes has these options too. Chances are anyway if we do get access to the boxes, all we will get is our messages back. Smile
