Hm. 0 = 40. Seems somewhat recursive, doesn't it? Same for 9 = 49.

 		In chronological order so far, the code is:
03 20 31 2A 03 31 24 20 2C 02 27 31 2E 2D 28 22 2B 24
Also, notice capital letters A = 00 and J = 09.
notice lowercase letters a = 20 and j = 29.
Lowercase numbers start with a 2 in the tens' place, and retain their capital counterparts' one-digit number, 0 and 9 in these cases.
EDIT:
J is the ninth letter of the alphabet, if you count A as 0. That explains the 0x code. From that I can assume that 03 is 'd', and 02 is 'c'. 20 would be 'A', 24 is 'E', 27 is 'H', and 28 is 'I'. I'm also guessing that a 3 in the tens' place would mean a punctuation mark, such as a period. or comma,.

From those assumptions, the code so far is (parenthesis aren't decoded yet):
d a (31) (2a) d (31) E A (2C) c H (31) (2E) (2D) I C (2B) E

Just some notes and observations.

Just some notes.
Once we have all ten clues I guess we could start translating the letters to numbers. But order will be a huge deal I imagine.
Maybe in the end it'll end up being ASCII code or something of the like? That's what I kind of predict.

Don't forget the one you got. 0 = 40, 9 = 49

 		Yeah. I'll have to finish later though, after school tomorrow. I'll draw up a chart of translating numbers to letters and think hard about what the 3(x) ones might mean.

It should be easier to decipher once we get all 10, or at least we know what we have to deal with and go from there.

 		I've just been informed all 10 have been linked. It seems the 10th link hasn't posted here yet, unless I've missed someones post.

This is what we have so far:

03 20 31 2A

03 31 24 20 2C

02 27 31 2E 2D 28 22 2B 24

1F 03 03 02 27 31


And this seems to be a key:

A = 00, J = 09

a = 20, j = 29

0 = 40, 9 = 49

Q = 10, Z = 19

@ = 1F, / = 52

Just a quick update, I should have more later.
