I kind of like the idea that this forest is a sort of portal where the operator can go between the separate dimensions. It could be that certain loophole between the worlds. Maybe it's the ark as well.

Also, maybe Alex needs to sacrifice someone in this forest so that the operator will stop stalking him? It would seem plausible with the whole "lead me to the ark" deal. Jay/Tim/whoever will lead TTA to the ark which may or may not be in the forest, which is the crossing point that will send the operator back to the dimension he belongs. This would seem like the only way to defeat a tall paranormal being with tentacles....just send him away!

And as for the chronology, I started out on the pre-mh idea. Now I'm certain this is during the 7 lost months. It just makes a lot more sense and has more evidence to back it up.

I still think we're about to see something to do with entry 29 as well, possibly by TTA.

I'd be more inclined to go old school and say Tim is totheark. If he's trying to find it, presumably for the Operator, then it would make sense that Alex wouldn't want Tim to "follow us".

The facts:

Trees would grow super fast.
The citizens of the area thought it was blessed or somethin', so they'd put their criminals "on trial".
The idea was to get their bodies to stretch out, but all they did was die (even with magical fast growing forest, it's not bamboo)
They would burn the entire tree with the dead criminal still on it.
One day a kid was found dismembered and like the criminals, so they stopped.

Common sense tells me that the operator was the reason the trees grew super fast, which caused them to burn the criminals there, and not the burning of criminals turning into the operator. if the criminals were somehow turned into the operator, what the heck made the trees grow all fast?

also, perhaps the citizens knew about the operator, and knew this area was his home. maybe they thought the operator was some sort of deity.

also, at the end he says that "whoever posted ###### probably posted enttry 37", but on entry 25 he says

Hmm. I'm definitely getting a less than friendly vibe from Alex here. I'm starting to think he might be on The Operators side, or at the very least know a lot more about him than Jay does. I'm glad to see Jay has finally shown that he knows 37 is up, and that he thinks TTA put it up.

I finally realized that Jay never said the tapes were stolen. He just didn't have them on him when he woke up near the red tower. So this footage is from the original set of tapes. The only thing that was taken from him was that the footage on the laptop was deleted.

I assume he got back home safely, went through an unlabeled tape, and posted the resulting footage. My guess is that what he found on March 20th was on an unlabeled tape, and he was trying to find it again. He got this instead, but as it was relevant, he posted it anyway.
