I am so glad this happened. TJA Knows what they're doing. Well done girls. Twisted Evil I haven't felt this spooked since that MH scene where Masky rushed Jay from the creepy-ass hallway.

srs tiem nao, tho:

budget constraints + time constraints = lots of nighttime filming. spooky factor aside, it's just easier to shoot poorly-lit scenes and try to make up for it in other ways (acting, effects, makeup, etc.).

 		Oh no, don't get me wrong, I loathe the daytime episodes, like EMH's Cops Checked, and MH Entry #40. It's just not as scary.

But holy BALLS did I laugh.

 		One of my favorite creepy factors in the original SM mythos was that Slender Man could show up anywhere. Even in broad daylight.

OOG analysis:

While night scenes makes it much easier on the editors to "hide" things that might be inconvenient for them while filming, and total darkness inspires a feeling of fear/tension almost universally, I do feel that it kind of gets in the way in this series sometimes. How can we be scared/creeped out if we can't even see the villains? I completely missed the bird lady and almost missed Slender Man at the end.

I wonder - was he stabbed? I couldn't see much of anything...

Or does this event even happen after spitty spitty stab stab?

Wait...

EPILEPTIC TREE, I CHOOSE YOOOOOOU!

Everyone is going to hate me for this.

Has anyone considered that each of the characters is being haunted by a seperate entity? And that Jake was the only one actually being haunted by Slenderman, and that's why we've seen so little of both?

If someone has guessed this, or if this is just plain stupid, ignore it.

Also, Zarggg, how can we be sure of the bird thing's gender?

See, I disagree whole heartedly. Whenever I see the night episodes I get irritated and obsess on how stupid the characters have to be to go wandering around spooky empty houses and forests in pitch blackness with a shitty flashlight and camera. However, when you're in the forest in broad daylight, find a dead body and see some naked snow white guy running around in the trees(who certainly isn't Powder looking to bring your squirrel back to life) shit gets real.

 		I was under the impression it was the same... thing that stalked Amy in the bathroom and cut TJ's daughter. It looked markedly female to me, even though we only got head-glimpses.

I'm pretty sure that the blindfold person and the bird person are separate. It fits with the audio from the stream that has a voice addressing an accomplice. Unless that was Slendy, but nobody likes the idea of Slendy speaking.

Yeah, Plague Doctor/Seed Eater/Harvey Birdman and Blindfold/Hippy/Sight are two different entities. One is female (Sight) the other presumed male.

And to the Each Character has a stalker, I could see that.

Slendy thought Amy was a kid, so he separated her from TJ and when he snuck up and saw her more closely, he saw boobs, and grabbed her in anger. He then followed them home and found Dahlia and resumed stalking. He hangs around TJ and Amy in the hopes that they will have Dahlia around. Amy is clearly the most effected because of the initial mistake, and her history of Mental problems.

He sent Sight after Dahlia/to scope the place out, and she has since fixated on driving TJ to do something stupid, with all the notes and messing with Dahlia. She did watch Amy in the shower, but that could be a case of not knowing which of the girls it was.

I think that, and I'm not positive on this my theory warrents a rewatch of some key videos, every time the Seed Eater or whatever you want to call him only shows up in relation to Jake, Dahlia's dad. Hmmm, going over the twitter, I forgot he showed up when they were driving (we assume). No, I can explain that, if the whole Jake is dead video happened before the Jersey trip he has switched victims. You would think they would share earlier, but Amy did say TJ didn't want to share, maybe she is repressing it, and is now not in any state to do anything now that she has been blacked out.

Or I could be totally wrong.

TLDR version, each entity may be stalking a different person, maybe.

I wondered about this as well. Right after I thought, "No good comes from going to New Jersey."

Wonder what would lead them to go Jake-hunting at night. It's not like they have jobs to worry about missing, and they'd be able to see better. Plus, even though Slendy & co. have no problem coming after them in public during the day/twilight, it does seem as if night time is the right time for stalking, so I'd want to lay low.

 		Does anyone think that the hooded stalker who attacked TJ could of been jake? and by her stabbing him she was the one who killed him? Would be a fucked up way for SM to get in her head.
