You know--I was wondering this myself.And one main reason why is because,as much as I love the expository lumps that are given via these kinds of discussions/phone calls or whatever--and I realize they are somehow even MORE important since they are amping things up due to I think OOG reasons--I do not hear that well to begin with and with other mitigating circumstances (crying,hands in front of mouth,etc) I am finding it very difficult to follow the dialogue and therefore,the storyline/plot.I am NOT criticizing--merely stating a fact for what makes it hard for ME.To TRY to answer your question,I am thinking I heard her say that something happened to her dad,whatever that was--it seems very NOT normal or good--and her mom knows about it and has either been in denial or AMY is the one in denial as evidenced by wanting her mom to tell her it's ok.


EDIT:Reply to mokie--Ummm..I'm just gonna go on and say that based on what you wrote and all the recent Twitters and YT entries--I'm thinking that everyone near and dear to TJ & Amy--are pretty much hosed,including themselves. Sad

 		Amy's Dad is dead.(He died when she was young) In a previous entry she got a phone call from her Mom who wanted to tell her the truth about how he died. Apparently she told Amy he died in the line of duty in the army. But he actually died in a fire or something. That's all we were told but I'm guessing he had some of the same mental issues as Amy does now. (we have also been told that whatever it is she's on meds for it and she's self injured previously)

She was saying something about 'He took him' or something like that, which sounds....ominous.

Thank you very much for this clarification.I had gleaned a certain amount of this from things--but not enough to be certain of various details.

Early in the mythos, Slendy was commonly associated with fire. I think it's safe to say that he may have always been a factor in Amy's life, whether she knew it or not.

it is entirely possible he's the Slender thing chasing her. I haven't been watching the vlog TJ&Aimee are crossing over with that closely, but isn't one of them undergoing a similar transformation?

 		I've definitely been second-guessing everything (I thought) I knew since Amy's burns vanished...

Also, Amy's ringtone is "The Killing Moon" by Echo and the Bunnymen, which has ALWAYS been my Slenderman theme, haha. Whenever I'm driving late at night and it comes on the radio I break into a cold sweat.

And yeah, it baffles me that people can say the acting is shitty in this series. Full disclosure, TJ had me in tears the first time I watched The Coop, I was just acting tough.

 		Can anyone figure out what sightless was saying? Something about the forest and slenderman when she was little?? Was there another voice over the top as well? I am also very confused by that I better watch it again.
